First Professional Collision & Paint

I've been going to this shop since I moved to Milton in 2002. I insisted with my insurance that they only send my vehicles to this place and no where else. Marylou, the lady at front desk is very professional and efficient from the time she takes your call to the time you pick up your car, she updates you with the status of your vehicle periodically and provides you with the details of the work that is being done. Steve, the owner is very knowledgeable, him and his crew provides quality work and backs it up with 100% warranty. I'm very confident that every time I pick up my car it would look like it was never involved in accidents. I recommend this place 100%.

My car was damaged on a highway and rear bumper had to be repaired. My insurance provider suggested First Professional Collision and Paint as one of the repair centers. I decided to put my trust in people working there after reading google reviews. I was greeted by Steve - the owner. He explained in detail what had to be done. He also listened to my questions and suggestions. The process took only a few days. They did a fantastic job. I was really surprised they also repaired few scratches on my car that I was concerned about. The scratch repair was free of charge, covered by the body shop. This kind of customer treatment is very rare these days. Steve also took his time to present the car to me after repairs were completed. Other employees working there who I spoke to were also nice and professional. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I got my car repaired 6 weeks back after a collision ( Front Bumper)and have to come back on second day as my washer fluid was not working. I don’t know how you can handover a car to a customer without checking everything. It took little time & they fixed it up. Today I have to go again as there was a sound coming from the back of the car whenever you press brake. The gentleman I spoke to him mentioned they fixed the front part & not the back & he told him to go a dealership for checking. I never had this problem before the collision.After claiming a good amount from the insurance company you don’t have a courtesy to at least check the car and don’t have a time solve the customer problems. If I need to fix my car I would have directly gone to dealership what is the point of coming to you guys then? This is the kind of service that we are getting from you guys. Folks don’t ever go to this place if you want to fix your vehicle take it directly to your dealership.

I had scheduled my VW Atlas in for a small side panel replacement. Unfortunately, just prior to my appointment, we hit a deer on the highway. When I brought the vehicle to Steve and his team, I inquired about an estimate to repair the damage expecting a huge amount and subsequently an insurance claim.I received a call shortly after dropping the vehicle off. The estimate was very reasonable and it meant I didn't have to proceed with a claim even though we have a fairly low deductible. Getting parts was going to be an issue but they would see what they could do. They would need the vehicle for the entire week.I received a call mid week. Once they were able to dismantle the damaged area, they could tell that the actual repair was less than originally anticipated. They needed less parts and these parts were readily available. The amount was going to be a third less than estimated. WOW! It is so nice to receive a call like that. They could have kept the amount the same and taken my money and I would have been none the wiser but instead they were honest and upfront with me. So appreciated when service seems to be lacking everywhere else.The entire staff were so pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you for your great service and your integrity.

Brought my classic 1969 Dodge Charger in to be painted Steve looked after my car I couldn’t be happier, what an incredible job his staff did the job was done on budget on time and most importantly the car looks perfect!!

Absolute pleasure to deal with! Courteous, punctual and outstanding quality for a very good price. I have had to deal with a few body shops over the years and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I had significant damage to my pickup truck and it now looks better than new.
