Our air conditioner stopped working and they were out the same day to look at it.Our basement was very damp so because of that it ruined the motherboard on the furnace.They gave us a couple of options and we did not feel pressured to go either way. It is so nice to work with someone you can trust.Would highly recommend them!

I was referred from a different plumber to contact fire and ice for a main sewer that needed to be replaced in my home . They came within a week beginning of December and said I’d have the quote the next week. It’s now the 1st week in January and I’ve texted called and all they tell me is “by next week we’ll get it to you”. All I needed was a quote to get my insurance end going to use their service but I’d hate to see how many “next week” I’d get with actually getting my work done. I will not be recommending this place to anyone !

These guys are AWESOME! They came the same day that I called (within hours). They were polite and knowledgeable. They fixed my problem in record time and were REALLY reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to use them if you need help with your plumbing. So glad I called THEM!

We had a large family gathering because of a funeral at our vacation home in Dalton and the basement lift pump decided die as well. There are limited services in the area and it was the Thursday before Memorial Day, so one can imagine how hard it is to find a contractor. I called every plumber in the area to no avail. Surprisingly, one of the companies called me back and left a message recommending Fire N Ice. I had left them off my list because I thought they only did HVAC services! So I called and to my surprise, a very kind and understanding women took all my info and almost could guarantee that Ben, one of the service techs would be there that afternoon! As it turns out, Ben did make it out, inspected the situation, determined what we needed and had to order the pump. His supplier would have it the next day, which is when Ben returned and completed the job. Hats off to a punctual, reliable, professional and timely company. I would use Fire n Ice again, and strongly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Septic pipe was slow ,almost plugged. The 2 gentlemen came into the house with the machine and cleaned out the pipe ,roots, and cleaned up the floor and pipe and were very professional.

Rocky and his crew did an incredible job on the extensive work that had to be done in my 1918 home, after my old furnace went out, and every single pipe in the house, froze and burst, I had to get a total replacement of all of that. I chose them, and I was not disappointed.
