Rendez Vous Nissan

Purchased a used Dodge Grand Caravan from them and am very happy with it. The sales person was very good and made me feel confortable throughout the process. Good people at that dealership. For the first time (I think) ever, I enjoyed purchasing a car (and I have purchased quite a few in my time). I would certainly do business with them again and, refer friends and family to go check them out.

I got an appointment for the next day (had a power steering problem). They picked up, completed the work, and returned my car the same day! Even washed my car!

They kept me informed of timing and costs. They also vacuumed inside front seat area which was much needed after winter

I had a recall checked on my car. Within 12 hours my check engine light came on. I went in and specifically asked for them to check if it had to do with the recall work they did.45 minutes later they essentially said nothing was wrong and charged me $95. I was told it was most likely a dirty O2 sensor and the light wasn't on and to come back if the light came back on.I have been to multiple shops when I had a check engine light come on in previous vehicles. Never once did anybody charge me a cent to plug in the sensor and tell me the code it read, and never once did it take longer than 2 minutes. Not only is it ridiculous to charge $95 to say nothing is wrong. But I also didn't ask them to do anything. I simply wanted to know if the light coming on was something they did or unrelated. Once they knew it was unrelated, they should have consulted me before moving forward with anything.Just about the worst service I've ever had from a shop and will not be going back.

Really enjoyable experience with the team here when we purchased a new Rogue recently. No messing around, and really pleasant to deal with. We found some of the dealers in Ottawa hard work and overly aggressive in their sales process, so it was well worth an hour to drive to a far nicer team in Hawkesbury!
