My hot tub needed service because a code of FLC came up. I called the day after our huge snowstorm of close to 50 cm of snow. The service guys were there the next day. The service people were polite, very cautious of the snow they were bringing into the house. I had asked them to come in the front door,They were very efficient and helpful showing us what the problem was and how it was being fixed.Quick service and at a reasonable price. All in all a positive experience

Customer service and the warranty is the worst. We bought a swimming spa last year, the cover had problem from the day one. We kept sending email and calling. After 9 months they say you need to pay for delivery and installation. No body is taking the responsibility. The seller says, warranty and they says we don’t talk with customer directly.Also we have some missing part that we haven’t got them yet.

I stopped in here because we bought a house and the previous owners purchased a hot tub from here. I have nothing poor to say about this store, just that they were not offering any free water analysis services because they were temporarily out of the equipment. So perhaps call this place before going, of your purpose is to get a water sample done.

Unfortunately we had a problem with our tub. Contacted the good folks at the service department, and had the proper part identified and installed quickly. Love our tub and highly recommend buying an Artic Spa, they stand behind their product!

Summary: I purchased an all-season pool (swim spa) back in September 2020. I still haven't received it, and nobody is returning my calls /emails to tell me when it will arrive.---Back in September 2020, after much research, I decided to purchase an all-season pool from Arctic Spa Ottawa. I was told that the wait time was almost a year and was OK with that, because it seemed to be the product I needed.A few weeks after my purchase, the sales rep called to give me some good news. Production would start a bit earlier than expected! When do you want it?"

Love our Summit model. Great quality and great service. I would recommend the brand and the company. It was a large purchase for our family and we couldn't be happier.

Although I have thoroughly enjoyed my Arctic Spa over the past three years, I cannot recommend buying one of these products due to their absolutely horrendous warranty policy and service. The irony is that on the Arctic Spa website and in the showroom the company talks about their incredible warranty and superior product. This may provide you some comfort until you actually try to take advantage of it.I had my spa for about two and half years when my cover started absorbing water from the elements and after a rain, it would essentially become too heavy to lift. Since there is supposed to be a 3-year warranty on the cover, I submitted my claim and it was rejected. Although the rep at Splash Pools was sympathetic, the company claimed that any water absorption was not covered by warranty. What else would possibly go wrong with a lid? Why even have a warranty on it? This is despite claims on their web site that this will never happen due to the superior characteristics of their lid. As a result, my only option provided was to buy a new lid from them for $900 - no discount, no attempts to make the situation right.Given this, I have no confidence any other future problems will be covered under the warranty and in doing some Googling afterward it is clear that it is a pattern of behaviour of this company to avoid paying warranty claims.I am really just frustrated with the customer service compared to some other companies. Although we like the tub itself, I will never recommend that someone should buy one given the warranty policy.

Our salesman was John, who was really great to deal with. He guided us through the purchase process with no pressure and he was very responsive to any questions we had. No surprises, everything was great.

Very slow to respond to customer emergencies. Once you pay do not expect anything from these guys. We will 100% be buying our cottage tub from another retailer.
