Bought a backrack and 2 months later its rusting, and its on spots that didn't get damaged, you need to break your edges and clean the weld spatter..

Bought siderails for an F-350. Didn't come with any instructions or hardware for mounting/no screws, nuts bolts....

The Safety Back Rack on my 08' Ranger saved our lives protecting the cab from being crushed during a vehicle roll over. This is the only rack I will ever buy for my next truck.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with them. The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. It took THREE months for them to ship my rack, it was lost in transit MULTIPLE times, and then it arrived damaged AF. Also no instructions, no bolts no nuts etc and when I tried to contact them, I spoke to a guy on the phone who just wanted to argue and say it's our fault for not knowing the hardware is separate.... but judging by ALL the other Google reviews, it's quite a common issue.. Then I tried reaching out VIA email to which they offered me 10% refund ... lolol absolutely not. Now months have passed, I have an unusable rack and no one wants to answer my emails about sending this back for a refund. Pick another company, literally ANY other company. Ebay would even be a better option.

Just unboxed my order. Backrack with toolbox brackets ZERO nuts, bolts, washers etc. My family bought this for me a few weeks ago for a birthday gift. So far by the second hand distributors I've been told they sell it for $126 EXTRA. Maybe this is a mistake. Until I get someone from the company to answer a phone or return a call. I can't see some stainless bolts selling for $30 each! UPDATE: Mike from Backrack reached out to me, discussed the issue, and came up with a solution. Happy to see a company stand behind it's image even if they weren't directly at fault. Will use again in future. Thanks Mike!

Well made. This kit was by far the best fitted aftermarket part I've ever installed. The tolerances were perfect and two of us were done and on the road in less than an hour. Can't beat it! Thanks

Terrible customer service, everything is way too expensive, can never find what I need because everything is terribly described

Have had backrack installed on every truck I have owned but, if you ever try to call for parts they never answer their phones. Not to mention their selection when it comes to hardware for imports is terrible as they seem to only focus on making things for the American big three and other than a custom shop I don’t know what my options are now as I can’t get a hold of anyone at the company.

Great product, accomplishes what I want. I had the backrack for two and half years, switched to another truck and needed some new washers. Contacted backrack, and explained my situation. A week later I had all new bolts and washers in the mail. More than I needed. Great product and great service. Can't recommend the company enough.

Mike cunningham and his team gave me great service.I met him on the street in canmore, he was checkin out the backrack headache rack on my truck. I explained I wish i could get a matching back bar. 1 week later it was on my door step. Thats what he does, ON HIS HOLIDAYS.you wont find better service anywhere.
