Today I came to know your servers are the one who decide and select the tip. Me and wife went here for dinner and when time to pay I used the scene points which I paid $40 and then he gave me the machine for taping my card with $49.00 more. So I asked him how can I add tip to the amount then he replied “tip is already added to the pay”. Wait what…? So, now restaurants actually started deciding how much customer pay as tip too?Out of curiosity, on the way back home in my car, I just calculated and figured he just charged me around $20 as tip. Which is over 20%. Its okay because food was good. But can’t believe server just foced tip to the bill.Not sure it something happens there often or I am missing something…

Went with a friend in the afternoon, the place wasn't so busy, were welcomed and seated. A waitress was serving us, we ask for a drink suggestion, and we ordered a refillable ice tea, starter with Oven-Baked Antojitos, main course with Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Apple Pecan Harvest Salad and Onion Rings. The food came fast as described and looked in the menu, the starter was delicious and the cheese melting, the salad was good and fresh. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken was delicious and tasty specially the chicken gravy. My overall experience was good I enjoyed my dining as they just started to open up and allowing inside dining, we felt safe to eat and everyone was wearing mask. The Welcoming guy and the waitress who served us both were polite and accommodating. Finally, it's been a while since I eat outside or visited Montanas, and I'm glad that it didn't disappoint me, the service, food was at its best and the place was nice as always, I'm sure I'll back again.

Ordered a medium rare steak but came out well done. Didn't got to fix it because I'm already hungry. Other than that everything well...the cheese pizza,burger and rib and wing combo was good.

It's like any other chain.Food was ok, but flavour and quality has dropped over the years.Was sat by a very draft front door, it was cold.Service was fine, a bit slow.

We went in to have a meal last night thoroughly disappointed. The evening started with them getting our drink orders wrong but things happen then when our appetizer came and the pita chips were almost burnt but still edible again things happen. Our meals took about an hour to come to our table my wife’s meal came cold and the chicken was burnt my son in-laws was cold as well we called our server over and he took the meals away to be redone and no manager came to talk to us. When our bill came we paid it and asked to talk to a manager about our bad experience we waited over 10 minutes and no sign of the manager. This has really left a bad impression of how this restaurant is being managed no wonder there were sooo many mistakes

This was a very bad dinner. Yesterday my boyfriend and I arrived at the restaurant around 7:45 and finished our order around 7:50. Because of our 9:15 movie, the time is very tight. Half an hour later our food was ready, but it turned out that my order of large ribs was wrong and I was given small ribs. So we wanted to check with the waiter. So for more than ten minutes, we kept saying hello to the waiters, excuse me, and kept raising our hands, but none of the waiters paid attention to us. Finally a waiter was ushered in, we asked is this a large serving of ribs? She said, I don't believe it is, I will check it for you. Then we began to wait for more than ten minutes, and kept saying hello to every waiter we saw, excuse me, and raised our hands. Still no waiter took care of us. Finally a waiter came and said to check for us. We were greeted with another long wait. We still say hello, excuse me, raise your hand. My boyfriend finally couldn't stand it and walked up to a waiter and said, I need to speak to your manager. We were taken seriously, and the manager also proposed a solution to the wrong dishes. But I feel like we are being racially discriminated against. Because the restaurant didn't have a lot of customers, it was only half full, and there were about seven or eight waiters. The guests and their waiters are all white faces, only we are Asian faces, and those waiters are very enthusiastic about other tables, will actively check the tables, communicate proactively, and can't believe that no waiter saw that we needed help. Makes me feel deeply racist.

We ordered the rib and wing combo, the ribs and the wings were wonderful and my all time favourite antojitos were yumm!!The server was also friendly, had a great time.

We started with the medium chicken wings as an appetizer - they were excellent. Good meaty chunks with lots of sauce. We had both blue cheese and ranch dips on the side. Our main meals were the pulled pork on a bun and the beef brisket on a bun. The beef brisket had some good flavours, nice cheese and crispy onion rings, it could have used a little more sauce. I would give it a 4/5 - just needed a little more sauce or kick or pizzazz. The coleslaw on the pulled pork needed some tanginess. Very good server - very attentive. Drinks are good here. The side salads were very nice. Good choice of salad dressings. The wings keep us coming back to this restaurant.

Ordered through Skip the Dishes. Food was cool to touch, ribs DIDN'T fall off the bone, infact had to rip apart & reheat in hotel microwave!Big chunks of coleslaw that wasn't shredded in container, did I get the bottom of the bucket?Packaging could use work, I poured my liquid sour cream, is this right?Never again will we waste our money!! That's over $50. waisted!..Should have gone else where!!!!
