Dr. Eisenberg Eric

Dr. Eisenberg’s secretary does not answer phone and their machine does not take messages. What good is a referral if they don’t call you months after you’ve been referred? Your family physician reassures you that the referral has been faxed. They even fax it few times just in case and yet, Dr. Eisenberg’s office never calls to confirm the appointment date. For months I have tried calling the office and not once have they answered their phones. How much do they charge per appointment if they can afford never to answer their phones?

Dr. Eisenberg has been my dermatologist for years. He treated my alopecia. He is great and so are his staff.

Worst experience ever. We were recommended by our physician and this guy was completely insensitive, spent 2 minutes looking at my daughter and started prescribing. Criticized me for not remembering the names of topical creams prescribed 8 years ago. If we were asked to bring them in or keep a record, we would have! No education and seemed as if we were wasting his time. Never again!

Getting through is impossible and so I wish there was a better system/ call return with the front desk.However, this doctor has been amazing with minor procedures to remove sebaceous cysts for me for several years. Super calming, patient, thorough, talks through steps, eases anxiety and does great stitches that barely left a scar. The nurse was very helpful and calming as well.Good experience every time, just a darn pain to try to get an appointment.

Took my wife there Was a waste of time. Dr is Very rude and aggressive Was a big set back. Hands on method not ok! Would Not recommend for woman. Please find any other doctor than him!

I was sceptical reading the reviews but I had an excellent experience at the office. Arrived early and Dr. Eisenberg was able to see me a few minutes before my appointment, assessed my skin concerns, and even wrote a prescription for a secondary concern that popped up. Very friendly as well.

Dr. Eisenberg has serious issues with bedside manners.Cuts you off repeatedly if you try to explain your history, rude and short. It's like he can't wait to haul you out the door. I'll find me another doctor.

DON'T GO THERE...... They are able to hear your voicemails live and as you leave and capable of disconnecting the call when they don't like what they hear about their lack of professionalism and inability to answer phone lines during business hours.They never answer their phones and yet don't want you to leave msg about an appointment date you are unsure. The audacity. There phones are constantly off the hook. I can never get through. I shouldn't have to leave my home to book an appointment. I won't be returning to this office. It is evident that the receptionist leaves the phone OFF the hook throughout the day because we can only hear that line ring and have an option to leave a msg during the lunch hour (what a coincidence). It's unprofessional and ridiculous. I'll ask my doctor for another referral elsewhere

For me he cant be a good doctor but when I call to cancel the appointment they never unswear the phone for me this is a bad service personally I don’t like it

I have been going to Dr Eisenberg for over 10 years and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. My appt have always been quick and he listens to what i have to say. His staff is amazing. Great Job!
