I cannot praise James enough. He was amazing my daughter lost her phone and absolutely no one on Rogers call centre would help me they kept telling me that could do nothing I'd having to go to the store. I get to the store I'm told they couldn't help me I'd have to call in. I was almost in tears and James knew exactly how to help me and we were able to get the phone locked and disabled. I just cannot praise James enough. When I was having a bit of a meltdown he was calm and completely calmed me down.

I went on line to buy my phone card , they gave me a great price since I am a senior. At the office they installed my card transferred my information and wer polite and helpful. In fact they contacted Virgin to make sure that they would stop charging me. My contact was up but Virgin just kept charging me, no notice that the contract was up just kept on charging me. This is dishonest not to inform people that they are free to go or buy again . Fair warning people do not get Virgin as your subscription they are a dishonest company .when I took out my contact with Virgin It said on my contact no data but they charged me data anyway. It took weeks of fighting for them to refund my money and stop taking data. When all they had to do was look at my contract to see I didn't buy data.

Some one from this store or associated with it decided to try and steal my phone number and break into my accounts. If there are any issues I will be visiting you in person, filing a police report, and Roger's has already been notified and has started a file with the fraud department. Stay away from these people, dirty filthy thieves.

Such a frustrating company to deal with. They take every opportunity to charge you extra and none of their services work properly. The home monitoring is completely useless. The website barely works. Just calling to inquire about anything is a nightmare. If it wasn't a bigger nightmare to switch providers, I would switch in an instant. Also, be aware that the download speed you pay for will only be that fast between midnight and 3 am. The biggest company in Canada and such a joke.

I am delighted and thrilled the way one of the staff this past summer saved me $700 a year by taking the time to map out the only channel I want being MLB Network channel 415. I had too much in package and did not need all the extras to get one channel I wanted. I am truly impressed how she wrote it out for me on a pen and paper then it allowed me to call the Rogers line to make the changes! I am still in shock!

We needed to visit the store as I had just purchased a new phone and needed some assistance after having locked myself out of it. There was a family being taken care of when we arrived and another couple behind them. When it was our turn, we had the great pleasure of having Noah take charge of things. He was SUPER to talk to, VERY accommodating, had a WARM and FRIENDLY disposition and was so PATIENT with my further requests. Your store is very lucky to have such a wonderful individual lending his expertise and knowledge to your customers.This would have been a 5 star, had there been more than one associate working in the store on a Saturday afternoon. Noah gets a 5 star though for the facts noted above and for the cool and calm temperament he carried, despite being short staffed.

This was my second time coming into this store because i have never been able to reach anyone by phone. The customer service at this store is terrible and i think they need some training on basic customer service. This seems to be an ongoing issueI would not go here again and would even drive to a different store because of the terrible customer service.My experience with the Rogers call center and products has been amazing however!

I will start off by saying I like my Rogers products and services. BUT the Owen Sound Store is the WORST. The one gentleman who’s been at this store for years is very difficult to deal with. He isn’t welcoming, helpful or informative.Because we didn’t want to drive all the way to Collingwood Rogers Store (over a 1 hour trip one way) We attempted the Owen Sound location again. When I asked a question about the new phones we were looking at to replace our current phones in our family plan, I was treated to another large sigh and eye roll from the gentleman. I looked at my family and we walked out. I wash my hands of this store location.In the end we drove to Collingwood where we got the excellent service we SHOULD be able to get in Owen Sound.
