Ottawa Custom Pools

This summer we had Ottawa Custom Pools install our new in ground pool and it was a great experience. They were professional with tons of experience and this reflected in the quality of the workmanship. The owner was always on site and communication was great throughout the process. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about putting in a new pool.

Ottawa Custom pools was my first experience with pools. I can say without hesitation I made the right decision going with them. The service they provided from design to winter maintenance was top shelf. Len/Tyler and crew were so easy to deal with. I have friends who have similar pools to me put in and the dollar value couldn’t match Ottawa Custom pools. I have referred 4 people who had pools put in by Ottawa Custom Pools and had the same experience. I would not hesitate going with them again.

When we first decided to have a pool installed in our yard we had no idea there were going to be so many companies. We met with about 6 to get a feel of each of their experience and price range. After meeting and speaking to approx. 5, all I remember is them trying to upgrade me on better equipment, a robotic this, a robotic that, a blue tooth this a bluetooth that. I felt like all they wanted was my money.The last company we met with was Ottawa Custom Pools, owned by Tyler Payne.. I was pleased with our initial meeting and I asked them for 2 references. I called the references and they both had nothing but praise for this company.We decided to go with OCP and we are so happy we did. These guys were not pushy about upgrading or buying the bells and whistles that we didn't need. They told me that what came with my pool was brand name equipment they have been trusting for the last 40+ years. I asked about the bells and whistles the other companies were trying to sell me and they said..sure...I could buy it but I didn't need it. This made me feel like it wasn't about the money with these guys but instead, it was more about me and what I actually needed.They started ahead of schedule and were on-time every single day. The work ethic of Tyler and his team was second to none. What was also nice was that when dealing with this company I felt like I was dealing with a friend opposed to a company just looking for my money. When I called them they always responded quickly. I remember speaking with them and I asked about how many pools they installed in a summer. They told me that they would only install a certain number of pools a summer because they take their time and make sure it's done right opposed to just getting as many jobs as possible and having to quickly get them done to proceed to the next.We now have an amazing pool and I feel very confident in the quality and craftsmanship. Its a huge investment and you have to make sure you get the right company. If you are reading this, you need to give these guys a call. Trust me when I say you'll be glad you did.
