Dr. Shama Sud MD FRCPC Allergy & Immunology

No complaints - great and high-tech experience!

Dr. Sud is a very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable Allergy & Immunology Doctor. She has been treating my young daughter for the past 2 years, and all of our interactions have been nothing short of positive. She always takes the time to explain what is going on and the implications of test results. She made us feel comfortable through all stages of testing (including a food challenge!), even my sensitive 2,5 year old. She is very warm and encouraging. I highly recommend Dr. Sud!

Very unorganized and unprofessional. From top to bottom. Front line to manager. Try to avoid and find professional clinic or you will be wasting your time, might even get disrespected in the process for no reason. STAY AWAY.

Terrible service with their booking team. I have been reffered and the entire process of booking an appointment is absolutely embarrassing. Countless voicemails left with no answer ever. After nearly a week I got a call from an unknown number and the lady on the phone said she will be cancelling my referral once I asked Why do I need to do an intake to determine if I actually need to see Dr. Sud which is over 3 weeks. I went to the walk-in clinic and they could see my symptoms there which I currently have for over 3 weeks already. I don't understand what a virtual intake would accomplish". The doctor may be great

Terrible experience. I drove more an hour, tried to park for 15 minutes and I go inside, maybe, 3 minutes late and I was told that Dr Sud had left. This is so irresponsible and unacceptable. I can’t just take time from work and go back for another 1 hour trip one way only. I have confirmed that I would have been there for allergy test. I actually had left very early, but there was an unexpected issue on the road and I was 3 mins late. For some reason I am sure Dr has left before my appointment. Otherwise, Someone could have just called and checked, it was literally a few minutes. After I asked for manager I was given a customer service number where I have called. I was told manager will give me a call asap. It has been almost a week and of course, no one has called me. If I wanted to change app time Later than 48 hours before the app I would have been charged with a fee and the fact that they are not even contacting me back is nothing, right?! So, they can get away with everything! @MagentaHealth you Should have followed up. #Magentahealth

Dr. Sud is knowledgeable, compassionate and has great bedside manner!

I had a great experience with Dr. Sud. Her bedside manner is great - she is lovely and warm right off the bat. I felt comfortable every step of the way during my allergy testing, as she explained what she thought might be happening in my situation, and then thoroughly explained the testing itself in detail. I was able to get a quick initial appointment through the booking staff, as well as a quick follow up appointment, which I was able to book myself.Some of these reviews mention the staff as well, I should add that I had a great experience with all of them. My family doctor's office faxed my initial referral to the wrong clinic, and Dr. Sud's staff were communicative and responsive. Thanks team :)

Took my toddler to see Dr. Sud. She was kind and professional. She made sure we felt comfortable, and listened well to our concerns. She acted quickly to help us and took the time to ease some of my worries. Highly recommend.
