Bad customer service, and policy. Went in today to buy more dog food, also wanted to return a pouch of dog food topper. I purchased in error chicken flavor, my dog is allergic to chicken. Although package is sealed, and expires in 2025, I was refused told to return when manager was there. Losing a customer means hundreds of dollars of lost revenue over a dogs lifetime. Never going to return.

This store is the cleanest pet shop I've seen in the area. Even the shelves are kept clean and tidy. Friendly service and advise from knowledgable personal working there. As for the product line up is very good. Variety of anything you need and all merchandise is also clean and tidy. Hats off to this store and the personal working there. Your store stands out. ✔️

I stumbled across this place when looking online for a robust dog toy. They carry Tuffy brand which is double stitched and uses heavy duty fabric. I'm hoping the toy will last a couple of weeks.

Huge variety of pet toys, food of all sorts name brands, and the place is very clean and the the crew running the place are ultra helpful, and an added plus their are groomers in the back of the store called Wags and Whiskers.
