If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I was coming to visit my grandfather and was completely blocked in by a funeral at the entrance. As I wanted to be respect to the other funeral, I called the reception multiple times to ask for someone to kindly ask them to move their vehicles. I was stuck for 25 minutes. Instead of helping, I was hung up on by their receptionist. My mother was also hung up on. One lady who worked there came out and said there was no much she could do." I had to pretty much wait for the funeral to end...Not only was this ridiculous

We were very fortunate to be referred to Mr. Sean Ho to help us through the burial process. Compared with the last funeral experience we had with another facility, we are absolutely satisfied with Mr. Ho who is very professional, knowledgable and personal. He is amazingly patient with us. We are so happy with the overall experience. Our heartfelt thank you to M. Ho.

I am so thankful that I have met Janice Chan through Highland Memory Gardens. From the very beginning of the pre-planning stage to actually come the time of my mom's burial, Janice was there to guide and help me through the whole process. She was honest, understanding, compassionate, and thoughtful. Whenever I contact her, she will respond right away. She made herself available at all times and truly goes the extra mile to help you. Janice always says that she loves her job because she loves helping people, and it totally shows in her caring professionalism. I cannot thank her enough for her gracious help. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Have many family members here, including my grandmother. It's a nice cemetery, only thing is that there is a lot of flies inside the mausoleum(guessing it's due to people not paying attention and bringing live flowers), also theres a receptionist every time that I have called which has been quite rude with attitude when trying to ask if the mausoleum was open during and after the pandemic. If you don't want to help the public and answer calls, you are in the wrong profession. Especially in this field.

It is very fortunate that we were referred to Phyllis Koo for cemetery and funeral service. After knowing our situation, instead of just marketing the service, she provided us with step-by-step guidance from selecting the plot to choosing a funeral service package which could best suite our needs and expectations.The whole process was a very pleasant experience for us with no stress or pressure ever felt. And in addition, benefited from her in depth knowledge of Western and Eastern cultures and artistic designing skills, we happily accepted her suggestions from the service to almost all of the details. At the end, everything went very smoothly which greatly reduced our stress at that difficult time in our life, therefore, we even purchased prepaid service because we believe that Phyllis is a caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy professional.

Most disappointing experience. I buried my pattern just this summer after waiting for 2 years for his stone. I purchased a spot in a new garden 3 years ago.NOTE. They import the stones from China which is crazy given we have rock everywhere in the Canadian Sheild. Not environmentally responsible. Just to save a dollar.Also the garden after 3 years still has no plants.Most disappointing.

I went with a friend for a visit to a gravesite. After having been there I would never use this place for any funeral arrangements or to bury a loved one. The condition of the grounds (some areas so uneven they are flooded with water) and goose droppings all over the walkways. I understand there isn't much you can do about goose droppings in the grass but at a minimum the walkways could be cleared of goose droppings - the fact that loved ones or visitors to gravesites or even access for funerals have to track through this is disgusting. In addition, markers on many gravesites are sunken in and crooked. What exactly are maintenance crews doing?

We are thankful to Highland Memory Garden with staff Joanna Ha as a representative to present her excellent professional service , from the prearrangement to after services. She is super knowledgeable and kindness in solving our queries and needs in various aspects. My wife and I will have no doubt to recommend her to friends and anyone who are in need of her professional service.

If I could give it less that 0 I would .. buried my grandmother here … they just run over the flower’s with their lawnmowers.. half the time the jackass workers are standing around talking or joy riding their fuxkin mowers .. they don’t care for peoples loved ones and they treat the place like a junk yard.. please don’t waste your money or your time .. this place is a disaster in many different aspects .. if I could move my grandmother I truly would . Absolute b.s
