What a worst service from these guys! ( Delta Anancies island branch)Today I had visited to replace My Forklift cylinder. As usual faced worst service from the office. Attitude unlimited !No option to give a rating less than 1.

Why is it when you call a professionally ran business you have to do their job for them unless you want heavy sighs or attitude? Please steer clear of this company for any of your welding supply needs. not knowledgable, not helpful. if you have no other choice then do all your own research, provide part numbers and help them along the way.Management team, please provide better customer service training and more technical training.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received while making purchases. Chris as the retail shop was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with. Being out of town they were extremely helpful with everything that I had no idea about. Gave me a new impression of this company. Great job guys!

Even that Linde has bought them, nothing has changed... This guys dont wanna work. Feels like bunch of retired communists working in there. People like to create papers, just to simulate hard work....Coudnt set account for 2 weeks. Came in, ask for applications, left my mail. Waiting... called after 2 days, again 2 days nothing. Called customer service, finally send applications , password protected... I dont know, if somebody over there, ever using brains for sending application forms with password protection. Received password after 1 day, completed, send. Reply back- this no good, that no good. OK, done corrections, send... Reply - signature not good. Lost patience!!! If I would be working like this with customers, I would have been barbequed alive

Friendly staff. Decent prices. Centralized location... park in the back. Only place in the mainland to get dry ice, so it's kinda pricey, but they over weigh in my experience.

The billing and customer service are working to resolve the issue on my billing. I called twice to request an investigation in the incorrect number of gas tanks I rent, and they are actively on it now, and hopefuly will get things sorted out soon.

Pretty good! Lots of dry ice. Parking is a bit confusing
