Genesis Downtown Toronto

My experience with Genesis Downtown has, so far, been incredible. Our sales manager, Alvin, has been accommodating and extremely friendly. He spent hours explaining all the models in depth to my husband and I and joined us on our demo drive. We chose the model best suited to our needs and everything from the deposit to delivery process has been so simple. The car is gorgeous and very well-appointed. So far, so good :)

Purchase and delivery of my Genesis GV70 was very smooth. Despite concerns over a lengthy delivery, the car arrived fairly quickly, as ordered.Terry Bu from Genesis has been easy to deal with and responsive to all our questions.

From start to finish our buying experience at Genesis downtown was seamless and hassle free. We had put down our name for a 2023 Genesis G70 Sport at various Genesis and Hyundai dealerships around the GTA and within a few days Alvin Chang reached out to us to let us know that there was one available at Genesis Downtown. I purchased my GV70 from Alvin Chang just last year. Delivery was earlier than expected and I have been loving it since the Day 1. I personally thank Alvin for helping me select out the right car for my needs and he has been very helpful throughout this entire process. I went to several other places to look for a high end car, and I wouldn't go anywhere else but Genesis. All base prizes are fixed, so it took away the pressure of having to bargain in price for my new car, and as a women going to buy a car is stressful. This alone was a huge stress reliever for me knowing I wouldn't get the wool pulled over my eyes. Not only is the vehicle more than luxurious, it was the customer service and attention to detail every step along the way, that was the selling point for me. Stark our Genesis Experience manager went above and beyond, the best car experience I have had bar none!You can't go wrong with Genesis.

I recently purchased my 2023 Genesis G70 from Genesis Downtown and it was honestly the best dealership experience I've ever had. Alvin Chang was my Genesis Experience Manager and he is awesome! He was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Chris Han, the dealership's General Manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Collectively, they made the car-buying experience completely painless and although I took a bit of time to finalize my decision, I felt absolutely zero pressure from their team while I deliberated the purchase.
