I have been a patient of Dr. Kostopoulos for 14 years. She is an amazing physician and truly cares about her patients. During my first pregnancy I also saw Dr. Manson who is also very kind and knowledgeable. I am very surprised to see negative reviews regarding the office staff/receptionists at the clinic. Over the past 14 years I have not once had an unpleasant experience at the office. I find the staff very compassionate and helpful and would highly recommend the Central Brampton Family Health Team.

The physicians and paramedical staff are fine, but the admin staff are just the worst. They are unhelpful and inflexible.

Booked an appointment days in advance for a prescription refill. Was called by doctor 1 hour after scheduled appointment, happened to miss the call and called back immediately to be told I’d have to call back and make another appointment by a rude receptionist. I have been going to this practice since I was 5 years old. Patients time is just as important as the doctors. Call on time or be courteous when someone wasn’t expecting a call an hour after scheduled appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Manson for 21 years and have not one bad thing to say about her. I never have to wait a long time for my appointment as she doesn't overbook. Sometimes if there is an emergency she has even squeezed me in. If I just need to talk, she will let me. I hope she never moves or retires as I would be lost without her. I never had an issue with her support team at the old location and minimal interaction with the new team so I cannot comment on any rudeness" comments here."

Rude receptionist my wife won't be back. I was told i couldn't wait in the waiting room for her and my son from one of the staff memembers because of limited seating" despite the entire waiting room being empty and over 10 chairs available. Waited outside saw multiple people coming in with other people they were allowed to wait Inside for there family member? Doesnt make sense I'm surprised they are open due to the way they treat there patients."

My family doctor Is an amazing doctor so it pains me to give a 1 star BUT the African-Canadian receptionist at the front desk is very rude. She spoke to me like I had no sense at all. I forgot my mask and asked for a spare one and she made me feel so dumb for asking. I had to walk across the plaza to buy a mask and I have a permanent disability. This was saddening, and told me if I’m not on time I’ll miss my appointment. So a disabled person had to rush which made my condition worse. If you go there I recommend the other staff members they will treat you with dignity.

Dr. Samantha Trojan is an excellent, caring professional who is a very competent physician. She has been my doctor for a number of years and always follows up on with a phone consultation or an appointment. I highly recommend her & I am grateful that she is my physician.

My wife is pregnant and we moved from Brampton and we wanted a referral in other city which is only possible if ur current doctor give u a referral.we have been chasing them for last 2 months and finally they gave us an appointment for a scheduled call which came after an hour and we happened to miss that ,but immediately called back the clinic but the receptionist said u have lost ur chance for the day call again for next week appointment. My wife is 35 week pregnant supposed to have weekly check ups but these clinics doesn’t care at all. No humanity left.

Getting worse and worse. Used to be able to book with my NP days in advance, today I got flack from the receptionist to book “weeks in advance”. I have had nothing but ignorance from reception. Have to be on hold for at least 15 minutes. Can never see my family doctor because of increased patient load. In the process of leaving this clinic. Reception wouldn’t given me blood work results that a doctor had left with them because I didn’t have an appointment. Gave 2 stars because Maria the NP has been nothing but wonderful during our visits.

Dr Trojan is great! I efficient , friendly, and professional. She knows her stuff and will ensure referrals if not sure. She feels like a friend to me , because she is so personable. The receptionist European lady with glasses is always so friendly and professional.
