Store not open long enough to make purchases outside of regular (9:00 - 17:00) office hours... so much for office supply stores. Rather buy online (Amazon) and have it shipped next day with Prime. Retailers should stop blaming online shopping for their decline in sales and adapt and cater to longer business hours and better streamlined shopping experience.

Online, they say they do same day printing, but when I went to the store, they said it takes 2 to 3 days.

Very good self service Printer, Photocopy, scan and fax machines. The store is plenty of office supplies and office accessories. Big parking lot and a fantastic location (Jean Talon) !!!
