The Lakeshore Club - CLV Group

We moved to this building about 3 months ago and my experience couldn’t have been better. After visiting the building, where Kim Campbell kindly gave us a tour to the unit we live today and all the amenities, me knew this would be our home. The lovely neighborhood and staff, the size of the unit and the well equipped common areas make this building perfect for us.

From the initial tour to the application process to getting my key today, the process has been very smooth. The hospitable and highly efficient administration and staff have removed the stress from my moving experience. A special thank you to Ridowan for putting my mind a ease through the whole process. Can’t wait to finish moving in so I can start to enjoy all the fabulous amenities the Lakeshore Club has to offer.

My experience was very positive. Found Kim to be very helpful with information about the building and facilities. She followed up on all my inquiries after we moved in as well as beforehand. We are both enjoying our experience in the building and our apartment.

We’ve recently joined the Club and absolutely love our new home. The building has undergone some extensive renovations to upgrade the facilities and we instantly fell in love with the spaces. The location is amazing, located directly on the water and nearby parks with an outdoor pool that we’re looking forward to experiencing in the summer months. The new facilities are lovely and we’re excited to take advantage of both the fitness room as well as the theatre room. The apartment itself has also been renovated with beautiful attributes including all brand new stainless steel appliances and modern fixtures. The only thing the apartment did not have that would have been preferential was a balcony or ensuite laundry, however, there are large sliding windows within the apartment and a very beautiful communal laundry room.Our experience with the building has been nothing but exceptional from our first visit to the property and our encounters with the building coordinators and managers. Jody has been amazing and we cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Initially we were looking at a few buildings within the Burlington area but our positive impression with Jody was definitely a deciding factor when choosing this apartment building. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made us feel as though the building and CLV would be fortunate to have us move in. We quickly made our decision and worked with her to move into our new home. She has been so helpful and continually offers her assistance and support with anything she can facilitate to make our transition as smooth as possible. We love you Jody!!The building is still undergoing some changes and we are expecting brand new windows, an updated pool area, and gorgeous landscaped grounds that we are extremely excited to enjoy once the weather gets warmer. We love love love our new home and would highly recommend The Lakeshore Club to anyone looking to move into the area.- Katie & Josh

Having lived in this neighbourhood for 15 years and now down-sizing, I prefer to stay in the area. I found the Lakeshore Club meets (or soon will after renovations are complete) all my expectations. Ms. Jody F. was most helpful and very professional in all matters and concerns regarding my moving into my apartment. The follow-up support and availability of all the staff has been much appreciated. I look forward to a most enjoyable time in my new home.Mrs. E. Lewis and I want to express our thanks and appreciation to the CLV Group for the assistance and support we received from Ms. Joanna P. for our Christmas Day dinner party and New Year's Eve celebration party in the Rooftop Lounge. Joanna was most helpful and professional in helping with these two events. Both events were highly successful and appreciated by our Lakeshore Club guests.

We had a wonderful experience finding a rental suite with Kim Campbell. She was thorough, compassionate and available to answer any and all of our questions. As we had been exploring multiple options, she kindly showed us the property multiple times at our request and made us feel right at home even prior to signing a lease. She continues to help us with any issues/questions that pop up along the way. We are so happy in our new apartment and couldn't say nicer things about the CLV staff at Lakeshore Club especially Kim!

We were impressed when we came upon the Lakeshore Club during our search of apartments within the Burlington area. The amenities are excellent and the lake views are lovely. We were especially impressed with Ridowan, the CLV Group Representative who made our search very enjoyable. He effectively guided us on all of the features and benefits of the property, and was very patient and quick to respond to all of our questions. We are looking forward to living at the Lakeshore Club.

We were very pleased by the reception we received when we were looking for an apartment. Kim Campbell gave us a great tour and as been answering our questions ever since we moved in always with a cheerful voice and when in person a great smile. My wife Claudine and I went to view a potential home at the Lakeshore Club in Burlington, Ontario and met CLV's Agent Ridowan Chaklader. He was very professional, courteous and attentive to our needs and located the perfect Suite for us. We viewed and expressed our desire to lease this Suite. In filling out CLV's lease information requirements, Ridowan answered all of our questions and assisted whenever we required help. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Ridownan for his kindness in assisting us in every way. It was a pleasure to work with him finding our new home. We highly recommend Ridowan to any and all potential residents for this apartment complex and any others he may work on.

I haven’t moved in yet but I can hardly wait. I’m leaving what seemed to be at my perfect home because the condo owner I was renting from is selling. My new one bedroom apartment at 5220 Lakeshore will be several hundred dollars less than I was paying and basic (though they are installing a washer and dryer before I move in )but it has a magnificently landscaped backyard right down to the water, an outdoor pool, views to die for from the Terrace on the roof, and the service getting me approved and answering all my questions by the agent Ridowan And Magdalena in the office has been outstanding.
