I’d give them less stars if I could, Im just going to say it cause loosing a collection to bugs and diseases is the saddest thing: I bought orchids from them in September 2020 and had to return one orchid because it was absolutely INFESTED with mealy bugs and fugal infections that almost spread through my collection From the two orchids I bought my advise would be to double, triple check the plants and root systems to be sure not to contaminate your collection. The service was subpar having a older gentleman disregard my questions when pointing out infections.. granted I was a young orchid grower at the time and too eager to buy and expand my collection to care.. which I regret deeply now.. the mealy bug infestation was everywhere. When I called to tell them so they’d be aware of it in their greenhouse they didn’t know what mealy bugs were and when I drove back to exchange ( because money back wasn’t an option 150$ for two orchids later) they didn’t care it was infested and put it right back on displayWatch out.. if you don’t mind fixer uppers that will probably die go for it but there are better FAR better venders in Canada then these people.It’s clear with their “ do not repot” tags ( which are just there to deter you from looking at the root of the plant so you don’t know how bad the condition is until it’s too late) that they don’t care about HEALTH of the plants but money with their extremely expensive ratesUpdate summer 2021 - both orchids I got from here died. After trying and trying to avoid the loss, They were both infected with some sort of virus that spread between each other. Thankfully I had them separate from my collection and it didn’t spread further then there.Gross how people can not care about their products any less then this place..

Normally i had a good experience going here but today I brought my 2 years old daughter who likes to walk around and look at everything. She doesn’t touch or break things. She’s just active. One of the staff ask my husband “oh where’s her mother ?” He’s playing beside my daughter. Then she start to make another comment saying she should call the child DYP. My husband was so angry he walk out and told me later what happen. I do not find it a funny jokes. My daughter eat 3x a day, has clothes on and laugh/smile to everyone. Please train your staff to not make comment like that. Because as mother I try to give my daughter the best I can give her.

I always love and bring my orchid here for help, but today, one of the staffs was bit rude and broke my baby orchid newly grown root! I hope they could be more careful in future, even they are just plants, but they are also lives. People care about them.

I loved the wide variety of healthy orchids the friendly, owners, and workers. I went there on four different occasions and always found the orchids I had in mind plus more. I will return again and I've recommended this place anyone that. love orchids.

Very nice staff, fantastic variety. Quality of the plants are very good, I have a phael that has been flowering for over a year now. Prices are fair for the quality of the plants.

What a wonderful service I just got today, never expected such a warm welcome and an invitation to keep coming. I got a couple of rare Orchids, which I will try to make them thrive to get beautiful flowers next season, and for the one that is in full blooming it's simply awesome. I recommend to anyone who loves Orchids to go and see for yourself, and if interested in buying a gift for any special occasion they also have some orchid arrangements. But also some care products which you can't miss-out. Cheers!!
