Elite Hot Tub Service

We had a problem with our 10 month old hot tub. One set of jets suddenly stopped working and as a result the water would not heat up. Since it was February we were very concerned about freezing. Hayley visited us on multiple occasions for about 2 months as she tried to diagnose the problem. She also advised us on how to prevent freezing ( space heater) and ultimately winterized the tub for us.Despite ongoing setbacks Elite stuck with us and ultimately resolved the problem. We live in Markham so it was a big trip for Hayley each time. Fortunately for us the hottub was still under warranty. The solution was a new factory tested pressure switch. Apparently the ones that the retailer had provided did not work properly with our tub. In the meantime Hayley had replaced virtually everything in the tub including several pressure switches.Thank you so much Hayley and Elite for sticking with it. It was a frustrating but learning experience for us all!

Exceptionally fast service with knowledgeable maintenance/service tech at a very good price!I had an issue with the control panel & motherboard malfunctioning on my Sunrise Zodiac spa. I was referred to Elite Hot Tub Service through Tav Pools and was able to book an appointment within 1 day. Adam Wilson came out and diagnosed the problem quickly while thoroughly inspecting the other electrical components. He took the time to explain this clearly and double checked that I understood the next steps before leaving.As a new motherboard and control panel was required Elite ordered this immediately and within 2 days Adam was back out at my place to quickly install. Not only did he complete the install quickly he also noticed a few other items like a small leak which he took care of and ensured the control panel seal was reinforced. At the end he walked me through control panel operation and made sure I could get access online to the digital instruction manual.I highly recommend Elite Hot Tub Service and especially Adam Wilson for your next hot tub service & maintenance.

We hired them to purge the plumbing,clean and refill,little did I know they have a time limit on cleaning, if it's not done,it's not done,so needless to say,some cleaning was clearly missed. Not sure about using them again,customer service was just ok

I bought a used Jacuzzi here (during the pandemic, there was very little inventory anywhere). They gave me a great price given they has replaced all major components, delivered it and returned to service it when a minor problem arose. All very professional and honest. I recommend them with no reservations.

booked a service call with them at the time was a 2 week waiting period. Had an app booked for a friday the 23. service guy showed up on the 20th without confirmation that I would be home. i then get a rude email from Rae in the office giving me lip because my tub is fixed and I didn't cancel my friday app. I had every intention to cancel when i had time in my schedule to do so prior to friday app. If it's such a busy time, why send service guy to a house without approval from owner??? rude, unorganized, glad i went with other company!!!!

I have had elite repair my hot tub a few times and found th m very professional and reasonably price. They do a great job and I would highly recommend them

Amazing service. Reasonable prices. Expert knowledge. I’m guessing they are one of the very best in the Durham area. I called because our hot tub had stopped working and frozen over. It was in the middle of a snow storm, but the technician Hayley showed up literally within the hour and figured out very quickly what was wrong. She couldn’t do anything because all the pipes were frozen over and the only solution was for her to come back in a couple of days. She recommended I put a space heater to unfreeze the pipes and the water.Hayley came back as promised and fixed it very quickly. The heater element had blown, and she diligently waited for the tub drain so that she could fix it all in one go. She also recommended that we switch the top maintenance program from chlorine to bromine and left us a whole set of maintenance chemicals. She also came back the next day with a replacement filter, which she had promised. All the prices seemed reasonable. But what was exceptional was the level of knowledge and service that really helped out with my hot tub in the middle of a snow storm. I recommend using Elite Hot Tub whenever you need something to do with hot tubs, pool maintenance, etc..

Very friendly staff, came out yesterday to fix a leak in my hottub. The technician fixed the leak, technician is very knowledgeable and professional. Will use them again. They sell new and used hot tubs as well, which we bought used in 2020. Very reasonable prices

We had problems with the pump motor for our Beachcomber hottub. Rea replaced it under warranty and her technician, Hailey, corrected it very well. Highly recommend this company and staff. Thanks!
