1. We purchased our flooring from here, although not Majestic's fault the flooring is absolute garbage. Does not click together well and scratches easily.2. We went to get new t-molds, which had to be ordered from a supplier, when they found out they were discontinued an email was sent to my fiance's parents to notify us that they can not order them in. We did not receive the email (thankfully our family forwarded the email to us) super unprofessional in my opinion.3. When we finally had a chance to go in to get a refund on the t-molds the customer service was awful. The attitude from the lady (dark hair) was the final straw with this company. We were completely appalled at how rude someone in customer service was. I honestly wish I had caught her name for this post. Also, the bill and receipt was made out to my fiances parents, when we were the customers not them. Bold to assume that we were even related to them. In my opinion the bill/receipt should be made out to the people in the store there to purchase the item, not just assume the customer is related to so and so.Needless to say, this company has not only lost our business but our families business and we will not be recommending them to anyone we know.

Great work replacing our upstairs flooring. Laurie helped us to get the pick and order details correct and our installers were friendly, fast and neat! We have used Majestic in the past for carpeting and purchasing cork flooring for our own installation. I really recommend them if you are looking for good service and quality product.

In 2011 we purchased our house that was built in 2007. We had cream carpets and dogs, a bad match. In 2014 we decided to change our flooring + get the stairs done in hardwood same as the flooring. We chose a beautiful Maple oiled hardwood color shadow (Parquet Alexandra) from Majestic Flooring.My story: One contractor came to do the measurement for the master piece of the stairs, he did ask to set up shop in the bonus room. On the starting day a different one showed up, took longer then planned, was told it's up to the contractor how long he takes. And a number of other problems occurred but was told everything will be fixed.picture #1 finger print+ smooch on the floor in our bonus room in front of the wall unit as he showed me how to fix some the damage done by his contractor.Pictures #2 Picture of the stairs, acceptable to Majestic.After my experience with Majestic, I would suggest the following:-ask for a detailed contract of the work to be done and length of timeto complete the job-who will be the contractor(s) that installs the flooring and ask references of their work also how long they are working for them.-provide a deposit and pay the balance upon satisfactory completionAnny Giguere

There was a great selection of hardwood flooring choices available to choose from. The staff was very knowledgeable and offered several options in regard to my new flooring. The installation crew was very professional and paid close attention to detail. I was extremely impressed with how thorough they were in cleanup, both during and after the installation. I definitely would recommend Majestic Flooring to others.

We first heard of majestic flooring a couple years ago when we had an insurance claim. Wes came out to meet us and go over flooring options. Wes was kind, patient with all our questions, personable and honest. Wes came by a couple times to drop off sample flooring for ya to look at. His customer service was above and beyond. Majestic flooring staff did a fantastic job installing our new floor downstairs. Fast forward to last month when we decided to redo our upstairs flooring- we decided without hesitation to contact majestic flooring again(even though it’s a 30 minute drive for us to go to their store and there are a few flooring places within 10 minutes of our home). Wes again was exceptional to work with. Our installer Tom was kind, hard working and very personable. We again were so impressed by this company and it’s staff. If you want a kind, honest and hardworking company to install your flooring - definitely go to majestic flooring.

Very surprised that a company would respond to a review after a year has passed. Not only in bad taste to belittle customers (and to hear that your staff laugh about customers) but also very unprofessional to assume that installation was not professional or that business relationships are would ever be worth more than family.I won’t even point out the issues I personally have had with Majestic’s “professional” installations.

Majestic just did our main level in new vinyl plank. Laurie was great to work with. Good value and their installer was fantastic. Great work guys!!!

I highly recommend Majestic Flooring! Laurie was very helpful with measuring and selecting my flooring. Don and Scott were amazing with the installation. I am so pleased with the results!

We purchased another house wanted laminate in two bedrooms upstairs; had a deadline due to only two weeks to move in. Went into Majestic excellent service and knowledge in picking out the laminate. Due to our deadline and renovators schedule needed product expedited from Calgary they were compassionate to our needs and got the order here in two days. Highly recommend!!!
