Adnan Osteopathy

Adnan is an excellent Osteopath who is effective and knowledgeable. His therapy helped my shoulder injury to resolve. I now have full range of motion without any pain.

Adnan was fantastic. His approach is holistic and he really listens to what the issue is and works with you until you get results. I walked into his office in a great amount of pain. I was given some pretty strong pain relievers and muscle relaxants by my doctor and the pain still made it hard to get around and sleep. The difference after only one session was amazing. I felt like a new person. The next day I did not need to take anything for pain, I was still stiff and sore but not in pain. I would highly recommend him.

Adnan is one of the best if not the best practitioner I dealt with. Beside exquisite professionalism he is very responsive to the clients' needs, so any session appears to be collaborative, and collaboration is always the best way to success :). And - the most important - his magic works! Adnan really helps me as with my old scars inherited from sporty past and with newly acquired spastic / vertebral problems. Highly recommended!

I had my first visit with Adnan one week ago. Since then I have been able to sleep on my back comfortably and pain free for the first time in over a year! For my lower back pain I have seen a physiotherapist, chiropractor and massage therapy and taken much pain medication. I wish I had been referred to Adnan much sooner! He is extremely knowledgeable of the body mechanics and his experience shows in the significant results I am feeling after only one visit. He showed me how to reposition myself to help realign my pelvis and now I barely feel lowed back pain. I look forward to a couple more sessions with Adnan and to learn from him how to be proactive to minimize my chances of further injuries reoccurring.

Adnan is very passionate about helping his patients.He is a very humble, respectful, knowledgeable, and hardworking person. His clinic is 5/5 clean.He amazed me with my initial visit, when I was suffering from groin pain. My groin pain went away on the 2nd day.He also helped me with my lower back pain.Today, he focused on my sciatic pain, and I trust that within this week --goodbye sciatica!

I’ve been dealing with chronic wrist, neck and shoulder pain for a year now, I have tried multiple treatments before (physiotherapy, chiropractic, massaging) nothing did help release the tension and stress but Adnan’s treatments.After 3 sessions only I can feel I’m going in the right path to healing and be normal again.definitely would recommend him, he does treat you to the best of his abilities and with consciousness.

When I first went to see Adnan I was in tears from chronic lower back pain, related to an injury I’d suffered to my calcaneus, that had thrown off my gate. I had seen countless physiotherapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists to help me but NOTHING had worked. I was having terrible back aches for 2 years. I went to physio, chiro, and massages, but nothing seemed to help too much. I finally found Adnan and went to 3 sessions, and what a difference it made, my back feels so much better than before. I still have pain that comes and goes but Adnan showed me some stretching exercises that are very helpful. I must admit that the sessions can be intense, but it works!

I have been experiencing lower back pain since a car accident in 2016. I have sought various treatments (massage, chiro, physio) which all only provided temporary relief but my problem persisted and I would have sciatica flare-ups every few months. Recently I was experiencing the worst flare-up ever and was diagnosed with a bulging disc. I was unable to get myself out of bed or even to the bathroom on my own. I saw Adnan for treatment and could barely walk to get into the building. A few minutes into my first treatment I felt immediate relief. My muscles have stopped spasming and I walked out of the apt feeling like a brand new person! Adnan is thorough in his assessment and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Adnan!
