We have contracted Wet Water Industries three times in the past 25 years both at business and residence locations and have been very satisfied with the product and the service.In the mid 90's, Wet Water installed an enormous reverse osmosis system at our truck wash that was extremely popular with customers and substantially increased business.Following that time, Wet Water installed two residential softener systems, both in rural areas. Each site had its own challenges due to well location and plumbing restrictions.Installers arrive prepared, the business honors their competitive quotes (yes we check), and the equipment works. I found Wayne and his staff to be thoughtful, courteous and personable and it was always a pleasure to deal with them.

My experience at Wet Water Industries was exceptional. Wayne , Colin and all the staff were extremely helpful. They took a proactive approach to my situation, gave great advice, and were ready and willing to provide the right solution in a timely manner. I appreciated their honesty and definitely recommend this company!

They overcharge, send out wrong parts and then never credited us for the parts or the freight.

Wet Water Wayne and his crew caused me over $5k in water damage in my basement and still sent me a bill to haul away their out dated and leaky system.We bought a house that had a current wet water system on lease, after a year of problems, they replaced a few pieces. Shortly after the work we went on summer holidays and when we came back noticed our basement was flooded.Their new parts were leaking, when we called they said they couldn't get a tech out to repair for a few weeks and also they will charge us the techs time to repair their system that we had on leaese, fine print if the contract says they are not responsible for anything...pay them $100/mth but that only gets you rent on the system, no service or repairs...such a scam lease...I replaced their outdated system with a new Big Iron system and would recommend them over Wet Water any day. Do yourself a favor and call them first, don't deal with Wet Water Wayne.
