while 24hr availability is a huge bonus, the phono did not meet passport eligibility rendering it (and 25$) wasted. know the specs required before accepting the photo they give you.

Had passport photos done here a few days ago that were rejected by the passport office for having a combination of too much glare and too much shadow (how is that possible?) Was just told that they don't issue refunds--so they just take your money and waste your time adding stress to your life. Had to run out from the passport office and get new photos in a hurry. The convenience store next to the passport office just south of 74 Victoria St. took good care of me and their photos passed inspection without further inconveniencing me.

I went to get my photo taken but the Indian guy working there was rude and gave me attitude during the whole process. For some reason, their machine wasn’t working so they said that they would email me my photos instead of printing them out for me 3 hours after the purchase. However, they failed to follow through, which was why I had to return to the store to get a refund. Overall, not the best experience and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to shop at their location.
