Went here for first time, to get my MB cleaned and detailed. They did a fantastic job! Got rid of all the salt from the carpeting ... cleaned and conditioned all leathers ... hand washed, clay polished and waxed the outside ... as well as cleaned all glass and plastic trim.We'll be back, as they will be doing my wife's SUV next week on Friday.Keep up the fantastic job guys!

First time having my vehicle detailed. Three gentlemen took expert care of my 2016 Chevy Tahoe, inside and out, complete with leather upholstery care and specific attention to carpet staining. I brought my car in to have protective Xpel headlight film applied. The headlights are a super-complex shape with very sharp angles and compound curves and applying film was tricky. Kyle did an amazing job and provided hassle-free follow-up customer service. 11/10 would visit again.

Great service! The only thing to note is that the waiting area is not very big and is connected to the garage, so it's quite noisy. It was nice out so I walked down to Northfield and hung out at a cafe. Though, they did a great job on my car, so I can't really complain :)

Kyle helped me to give my new car a professional wash, then he removed some scratches on the bumper and on the fender, and was careful not to damage the clear coat. I didn't want to take it any further than a light polish, as you cannot replace the factory clear coat, but the results came out very good. Prices are reasonable, service is quick and the work is outstanding.

Great job cleaning my car. Had been over a year since I did a thorough cleaning. I didn't tell them about stains from food spills in various spots to test their observation. All of them were cleaned up and freshened. My only concern was they unhooked my sub and speaker systems to clean and did not reconnect everything, but that is minor details. They ensured that I was happy with the job before paying. Will be coming back here.

EEWaterloo is hands down the best car detailer in the region. I am a dog walker, transporting dogs for a living. You can only imagine how dirty my vehicles get (dog hair, dirt, dust, etc). I have gotten both cars detalied twice now and they literal leave my cars looking brand new - something I never thought was possible. The price is amazing for the quality of service and their customer service is on point. I will never go anywhere else. If you want your car to look brand new, then only go here.

The crew are professional and do a great job on the car. They did such a great job on the first car, we even had them do our second car and we're quite pleased with how they were thorough and walked us through any questions we had once they were done. I highly recommend this place for having any vehicle detailed inside and out.
