LXRandCo Sherway Gardens

I asked them to put some clothes on hold after waiting half an hour in line for a fitting room and could no longer wait. Then I returned the next day. After finding someone to help me, they could not find my clothes. I checked all the racks and the items were not there. I did find some othe items to buy, but then I entered the great lineups again. I asked if someone could help me at another cash, but she never returned. I had time to write this and do all my emails while I wait to pay.

Great service: superfast and I got exactly what I asked for. Make sure you know what u asking for; cannot undoit.

Product is good but customer service at the Sherway Garden location is a joke. Try to ask anything on the bra department. They will give you condescending attitude and not help at all.

3 months ago they took my bag and they didn’t even give me money. During my time, I rushed many times while they answered me but they still did not give me money.

Went to have a watch repaired at the jellwery repair store locate in the Bay. Employee said they would call me in half hour to let me know the status of the watch repair. An hour and a half later, no one called. Went back. Watch repair was done on the strap. When I returned home I realized the battery was dead. Yid think they would have noticed this at the store and mentioned it to me. Nope. Why would I have a watch repaired and not have it be actually working? Not very observant. Guess it was close to quitting time.

Dreadful store. I took my aunt there and need disabled parking. The entrance closest to the elevators still doesn't have any despite me questioning Sherway at the time years ago. When you enter the store there isn't any signage telling you what departments are on what floor. I was informed that the main floor has a listing......that's great but I am on the lower floor. When we got to the department we needed both change rooms were closed for renovation requiring a 91 year old to have to go to a department on the other side of the floor. The two ladies that helped her were friendly and kind but that is the extend of the kudos. The rest is a disgrace.

The lovely woman at fragrance was so helpful on April 4th around 7-8pm… I do not know her name, I believe she’s slavic/balkan like I am- and she helped me so much!

Don't waste your money here. The bags are overpriced (not 100% authentic) and they do not care about customer service, at all. I sent an long email to the District Manager Shannon MacDonald in early November, regarding my experience purchasing an LV bag at the Sherway location, and received no response. I emailed again in December, and gave her my contact info...still nothing. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Honestly, who runs this company? They do not care about their customers, they only care to make a sale. I will never buy from them again.

5 stars for the manager.Excellent customer service. Great people skills.Prices are as expected for resale, nothing extravagant there for value, but the service is impeccable. Would return only to deal with the same representative.
