Spencer at Prostream was referred to me by a different plumber that was unsuccessful in unclogging my kitchen sink. Spencer and his apprentice arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The clog was very serious and deep and required several different tools and machines which he had in his truck. Spencer never gave up and after many attempts it was finally cleared. Spencer was amazing and updated me the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend Spencer and Prostream for all your plumbing needs. He will definitely get the job done!

I cannot say enough positive things about ProStream Mechanical. When we started experiencing issues with our bathtub faucet, all we could foresee was headache, stress, and a high bill. We were luckily referred to ProStream Mechanical - no stress, no headache, and no high bill! The owner of the company, Spencer, was so responsive and professional, and very thoroughly discussed with us what the problem might be over the phone when we first reached out to him. We felt completely at ease with him from the get go. Based on our discussions, he knew exactly what needed to be done, and came to our condo with the necessary parts. It was so nice not to have to wait for parts to be ordered. Before we knew it, Spencer had fixed our faucet - no more dripping! We were beyond impressed with our experience. I had a really bad water blockage in a new house and gave Prostream a call expecting to have to schedule a service call in the near future. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come out the same day and were more than confident they'd fix the problem. I spoke with Spencer on the phone and he very clearly went over the details of the job including costs and timing.Within a couple of hours Shouresh arrived at my house and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very friendly and informative, often giving useful tips about plumbing and preventative maintenance. He went above and beyond what he came to do and was always making sure I understood what he was doing and took no shortcuts. By the end of the service it honestly felt like I had a friend over because of how personable he is.After the appointment was over I was contacted again by Spencer to get feedback on the service which was very courteous and professional.I would highly recommend Prostream Mechanical, they are professional, punctual and very accommodating. Most importantly they get the job done.

Spencer and the Prostream team is fantastic, they have been a partner of Facility Plus for several years and have done nothing but amazing work. They are extremely responsive and fast acting in emergency situations, have great customer service, and do great work! Highly Recommend.

Can't mention enough how professional Spencer and his team are. Had a leak that I needed rectified immediately and they were on it with full respect to the urgency. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve used Spencer and his team a couple of times. Most recently to unclog a stubborn bathtub drain. He has a quick response time, his team shows up when they are booked, and they get the job done correctly (and quickly!). They even made sure that they had cleaned up after themselves! I have no hesitation in recommending him. I very pleased with his work.
