Not a very nice experience in term of service especially in the Richmond branch. The staff seems rude there. Plus only limited appliance and choices there. I dunt think I will ever visit the Richmond branch ever again!!! Please improve your staff's attitude and manner! Rude manner + bad attitude!

Went into Richmond location with an old wok lid needing a new knob. Stephen was quick to respond with a solution - new knob replacement. Stephen then stepped up his customer service - offered to replace the wok knob at no extra charge or waiting time. Very impressed! Because of Stephen’s excellent service for such a small purchase, I will be heading back to buy a new kitchen hood fan now. Keep up the excellent work!

Excellent customer service. I bought a product from there and it was defective. They gave me a full refund even though I had thrown out the box. We should all be supporting quality local businesses like this one. I will be returning there for future appliances rather than going through Amazon.

Great service! I went to look for a smaller rice cooker today and the staff person listened to my needs and recommended accordingly, no attempt to steer me towards a higher ticket item. He was courteous, helpful, and knowledgable about the selection of products.

I am Filipino and I was in the middle of asking a question about a rice cooker when a white couple walked in. The store employee immediately shifted his attention to the couple completely ignoring the fact that I was first in line and in the middle of talking. So typical.

Purchased a Sakura brand hood fan from Forum Home Appliance Richmond store because it was on sale and cheaper than Walmart, but to our surprise, they removed the included parts for the duct adaptor & damper and sold that part separately on their website for $19.95. We also found out that the included mounting screws were missing in the box as well so we couldn't install/mount the hood fan ourselves. We checked the same product at Walmart and the parts were all included in manufacturer's box. When we asked store clerk about their return policy, they said once the tie straps are cut and box is opened, no return no exchange. Well, nobody will know parts were missing inside if they don't open it to check, right? We had no choice but to purchase the adaptor & damper parts separately at their Burnaby store and a store clerk there initially attempted to sell us a used one that has yellow grease stains on it. I declined and had to pick another copy from the storefront. I assume their technicians recycle the old parts during a removal and then they tried to resell it as brand new. Additionally, I have reasons to believe that this retailer removed the included mounting screws from the original product box so they can make it difficult for you to install the product yourself without the included parts, making you more inclined to hire their technicians to do the job which will cost you an additional $200~300+ of installation & parts fees. I ended up buying the missing mounting screws from RONA for self installation. Very bad business practice and ethics. Buyers beware, and avoid this retailer if you can.

The salesperson in Landsdowne mall, Stephen Lam is very helpful and he goes through all the steps I need to know for my new Panasonic rice cooker.
