Don't waste money on these unprofessional people. I was mislead regarding their fees .The person I was dealing with kept on making mistakes and got confused between me n my spouse information inspite of providing ID proofs and other documents. There was a clear language barrier as well because the service providers couldn't speak English language properly. Communication with these guys on the phone and in person was big problem . I decided not to take their services after wasting few hours just for the tax filing purposes..

I was very satisfied with the great tax services that Malia Zhao provided. She is professional, caring and gives good advice. I highly recommend her. I made another appointment in 2023 and I am still always very happy with her services.

Chuan Wei was extremely helpful and did his best. I recommend filing taxes with him. He knows what he is doing.

Very unprofessional and disappointing !!! The branch inside Metropolis!!!I have always filed by taxes from H&R block, a different branch…. This time , for the year 2022, I chose this branch as it was closer to my residence… They had filed my tax completely wrong and I had to give back more than 50% of my total tax refund back to them. Initially, they tried to blame me for it and as we discussed it further they realized that I was not falling for it… They finally apologized and didn’t care much about it….WILL NEVER go back there.

Terrible service, they rush just to get your taxes done and there is lack of communication. They messed up my taxes, I asked for help and they said (oh you didn’t pay some extra fee that in case there was something wrong with the file, they can help fix it). I wasn’t even aware of some hidden fee like that, therefore they cannot help. I was a client of them for years, but I will never trust my tax returns with them in the future.

I went to this location earlier today, it is the one in the mall, on the second floor near winners. The tax expert there is very friendly and helpful :) The price is also reasonable. Pretty happy with my experience there!

I spent one hour to find this booth, but cannot find it! Surprisingly they the address was changed but google didn’t update it

You’re better off just walking in anywhere else rather than booking an appointment here. First of all, the address isn’t even correct, confusing people who are first-timers. The location has changed since last year, and isn’t updated on their website. Second of all, I booked an appointment and still had to wait over 40 minutes, and then as soon as I sat down in the booth, they told me that I had to leave and that my taxes would be ready for pickup after maybe another 30 minutes, because someone else had an appointment ahead of me (1hr10 wait at this point). Mind you, I booked at 11 am on a Sunday, which is the earliest slot. I’m a student and my taxes would’ve only taken 10 minutes tops. What’s the point of booking an appointment if you’re treated the same as a walk-in client? People are busy, that’s the point of appointments. Phoned in elsewhere and they were able to book me in. Will be avoiding this location along with some others. Nothing but frustration with H&R Block every year.
