I LOVE training with Mike and the team. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and full of motivation. I highly recommend this club to all ages as there is training for all levels and goals.

Mike has a great amount of knowledge and has a genuine interest in his students which makes for a great learning environment. I only trained at the School for a few months but had I not moved away would definitely would be training at this training centre.

I didn't think you could teach children that yong (3-5) martial arts. But the team there makes it look easy. Most of the time my wife and I think they are better with kids than we are.
