Dr. Binkley

I would leave a zero star if I couldI had a horrendous experience with Dr Binkley today, I couldn't have left any more disappointed in treatment I received by her. Her conversion and tone was simply rude, unhelpful, inattentive and in any way and unmannerly.Dr Binkley is a passive aggressive and negligent doctor. I'm honestly disgusted by her handling of a procedure, she seemed doesn’t really care about my concerns and didn’t give me clear answers.I wish I know how can I escalate this issue

Same comments as most of the others here. She was super dismissive and condescending. Her idea of a thorough history was to ask a series of questions, not even related to the main reason you were referred, zone in on super specific details you can’t remember about potential allergic reactions in the past and tell you you aren’t giving her the details she needs to diagnose. The only good thing about the encounter was that I only had to have one visit and a phone call discharging me. I feel bad for patients who require follow up appointments.

My worst experience i had ever in my life. Dr binkley was extremely rude and she gets very angry when i asked her a questions.She just want to finish as soon as she can.She was totally not respecting me and cutting me every time I speak.She mentioned that there was a language barrier which I believe is the same explanation she gave to everyone from what im reading here

Reading the reviews now, my experience makes sense.I had a phone consult with her and it seems she does this to everyone. She didn't let me explain what was going on, yelled at me for my unvaxxed status as well, and she also had the wrong file in front of her but was too proud to admit it.She was reading my sisters file from 2009, claiming it was mine, when I know for a fact it was not. She even read me a part of it to prove her point, as if I was lieing about myself.She had no interest in trying to help me at all, and said everything I was telling her didn't make sense because it didn't match the file she had, or my family doctor's notes..who I hadn't even spoke to about my allergy situation. She was also eating or chewing something while talking to me which was disgusting and disrespectful.If you're so miserable, please retire and allow someone who cares to take your position.

Rudest person I have ever met in my life. She asked questions and interrupted the answer over and over again. She got mad at me when she didn't understand what I had said because she had interrupted. She constantly cut me off. She spoke way too quickly. She told me to write something down and then rushed through the information. She doesn't listen or communicate well. She did not show any kindness, patience, or caring. She should really fix her attitude, it's horrible. Considering I'm not the only one saying this in the comments, I think that's pretty clear.

I spoke with Dr. Blinkley yesterday and I can attest to all of the pervious reviews. First of all, she called 30 min before the scheduled call time - I had to jump off my zoom meetings in order to take her call. When I inquired about this she feigned ignorance. Throughout the entire call, she was incredibly condescending and rude. She would ask me questions as if she was trying to quiz me on medical terminolgy! When I didn't know the answer, because I am not a medical professional, she would laugh and say that was a trick question - you are wrong!". She constantly interrupted me

I visited Dr. Binkley today with my mother and I was really apprehensive because of all the bad reviews. I was expecting the worst. However, Dr.Binkley was nothing but kind and attentive. She took the time to listen to us, was very thorough with her history taking and spent time with us. I’m glad we found her to treat my moms condition.

The worst experience ever. I can’t call her a doctor. The appointment my daughter had waited for 8 months, lasted 3 minutes and 2 minutes of which were devoted yo the pandemic and “proper” mask wearing. Moreover, she started touching my daughter ‘s face to “fix” the mask. No professional answer was received, but were offered vaccines that my daughter doesn’t need. I’ll never recommend this “doctor”. She is a shame of Canada’s healthcare.

Sadly, my review will be similar to all the others. Dr. Binkley is not a good listener and cut me off mid sentence. She came across as rude and condesending. I explained the symptoms but for some reason, she preferred to deflect that everything that I was experiencing was some other cause, simply bc there is no good testing for what the ER dr. said I was reacting too.My in-person appt was a double waste of time. She seems to have high anxiety around covid and masking, and was more concerned about my mask moving a millimeter. Very odd behaviour. She said she didnt know what my rash was, but was not interested in making any effort to exam me. She simply didnt seem the least bit interested in my allergic reactions, she just wanted to end the appt. It was as if she didnt want to put any effort in. I wonder if its bc shes so paranoid about cvd. She just said she didnt know what it was and I should see a dermatologist (who will say they dont know and go see an allergist). What on earth is she doing in the field of allergy/immunology if she doesnt want to actually practice it? Dont know what her deal is right now, but no one should be referring patients to this doctor until she gets herself straightened out.

Had to give 1 star to leave a review, otherwise would have given a zero rating. The doctor is cold and unfriendly, got very angry at my unvaccinated status and talked about how I wouldn’t be able to get in person allergy tested because my unvaccinated status puts everyone else in the clinic at risk. I have an autoimmune disease and she did ask me about that and document it before getting angry with me. She then told me I could be allergic to latex despite me saying it’s not possible, I wear latex gloves at work every day! This doctor is not very observant and seemed to allow my vaccine status to cloud her mind and judgment. VERY unprofessional! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Worst specialist I have seen to date!
