Great place to exercise and work on your disc golf skills and form. Also, the retail section is always stocked full. They offer slightly used discs for beginners to try out. Great atmosphere and very welcoming.

Great place always kept very clean and gym equipment is very new. Has everything you need for a good workout. Bluetooth speakers and has big disc golf area as well. Guys running it are great people. All around great gym!

Always clean and fun and welcoming atmosphere! Great place to work out and also work on your disc golf game over the winter! The store has a decent selection of new and used plastic!

Wonderful owner, showed me around the gym, taught me the history of disc golf in Saint thomas and never pushed to get me to sign up for anything. Truly just wants to see people enjoy disc golf and improve their life style.

Great place to hone your disc golf putting skills or do a workout. Great atmosphere and great people running the place. The retail side always has a good spread of new and used discs for sale.

Amazing place, super clean and tidy, lots of fun things to do and use! Owners are helpful and kind, it’s a great environment! I had a very nice experience and would definitely go again one day!
