Parkside Terrace - Broadstreet Properties Ltd.

HiI moved into Parkside Terrace Oct 1 2022 and am very happy here. The call center staff are all very helpful and I think it was Amanda that I spoke to when I was applying to live here. She was great. Carter and Jinny are always helpful and listen to me .I am on my own and they make me feel very comfortable. When I dropped my keys in the snow and could not find them they were ready with a new set asap but I found my keys. The maintence guys Myles and TJ are very patient when explaining things to me and very helpful, knowledgeable and always kind and smiling .In fact one day they were both outside on their break and they saw me unload 5 bags of groceries from the cab and they came over.. picked up the bags and brought them up to my apartment.I love the location and I am very happy here.I would recommend living here to anyone.Thanks to all the staff here for all their help.Barb308 380 Sophia StSelkirk MB R1A 2H7REVIEW 2HiI am writing a 2nd review to let you know how great it is to have an on site manager like Jinny .. she is very efficient and knowledgeable and always takes the time to help me with any problem I might have. She just sent off a form to TELUS/MTSso I can get a discount with Bell... what great service... AlsoMyles and TJ are very good at what they do. If I have any questions or problems, they compromise and the problem is solved.Barb

This place is just awful! Was told mostly seniors in my building, but kids running up and down hallways, riding scooters in the hallways!Had my vehicle damaged by another stoned tenant on his scooter, messaged property manager and was told nothing they could do about it!A tenant letting their pets to urinate and deafacate on their balcony, nothing gets done! Had a vet bill from kids throwing chicken bones on the grass by the door, and nothing they can do about it! People partying in the lobby on weekends, kids throwing stones around vehicles. Kids spitting on the elevator walls! But they will chase you for the 1500.00 rent if it’s even two minutes past due! Stay away from this place if your life depends on it! I’m out in two weeks and can’t wait!!!

hi. Louise and I moved into our ground floor apt may first we had a couple small things that needed to be taken care of. the girls in our office had them fixed fast the workers are top notch the grounds are well kept its quiet and clean. we have met and got to know many people every one is friendly our cat Leo is very content here we have a nice patio to sit out on my wife has lots of flowers and we have our grill set up its like a resort here. we are very glad we moved here . so if you want a nice place to live this is a great place to check out.

I have lived here for a little while now. Our site manager Randi is always available, professional and reliable. My expectations have been thoroughly met.

It's lovely, comfortable environment with nice and polite people, the only thing I noticed is that the floors and wall are thin, so every sound is heard throughout the building

Great neighbours, a positive and helpful property manager, great cleaning staff and well maintained buildings. Quick to maintain issues that arise and staff that makes sure your comfortable. A truly great place to live.

If your looking for a nice apartment in Selkirk, they are really quite hard to find. We chose to rent, we don’t want the trouble of a house and the maintenance it demands. But in Selkirk most apartments are really very sad. We’ve had excellent and fast service, the apartment is nice and clean, very good soundproofing and AC, cheap and predictable on utilities. Our neighbours are friendly and we never hear them. I see lots of negative comments on the price but it’s really just a few bucks a day more to live in a much nicer apartment who offers good maintenance team and a well maintained building.
