Chronically short-staffed, new employees, not the best communication. Takes too long in line and then waiting for order. I’d advise to skip this Tims.

We visit the Creekside location regularly but find that the wait times for a coffee and a bite to eat are just to long. We wanted to order a pan bread pizza and were told they were not participating in this. Wanted to pick up hockey cards as well they had 1 pack and told they were now out.( promotion supposed to last until the 29 of May?)As well the music blasts and talking to others next to impossible.Sorry but won't be going back to this location anytime soon.

Please train your workers. The lack of quality and care is unbelievable. Every time we use the drive through the only consistency here is disorganization. Why anyone would think to put the syrup on top of the cup is beyond me.

Every few months I give this location another chance although everytime I’m disappointed. 20+mins to get through a lineup of three people is kinda crazy, and that’s been my normal experience at this location.If you need coffee, drive two minutes to the Walmart Tim’s and you will be sipping a double double 10x faster.

If I can give 0 star I would. We purchased a Tims home system for our community Hall and went to Royal Oak and Sage Hill location and purchase Tims hot paper cups, better quality compare to Dollarama and also has lids with them. I went to creekside location on May 10th at 10.50am, the staff there 2 indian females told me I should go to Dollar Store. So I scap the idea of buying bake goods there and went back to Royal Oak. Very disappointed

Tell the sandwich station lady to stop throwing the food on the counter when she’s done making it, never mind that..tell her to actually make the sandwich correctly before chucking it on the counter in front of the customer. She seems like her head is in the clouds and isn’t properly paying attention.

They like to play music at extremely high volume. The workers behind the counter were more interested in talking to each other instead of doing thier job. A very good place to avoid.After 5 min of being ignored I left.This Tim hortons is a recipe for going out of business.

For how busy the place was there was one staff member working out front serving customers.We ordered a large French vanilla and the cup was maybe 3/4 full, clearly overworked and was unable to top off to fill up the cup. Also ordered 20 Tim Bits, to say the selections was lacking is a bit of an understatement, but also they weren’t even fresh. Some were definitely day old. For how busy it was inside you’d think they would have fresher products.

This is, by far, the worst Tim's I've been to in Calgary, maybe all of Canada. With six staff behind the counter, three are busy, three are having a great time chatting. Meanwhile, myself and two other guests are wondering why we've been in line for 5 minutes. That's just my most recent experience at this location, but between getting orders wrong, missing items, and routinely wasting my time, today was my last visit to this location. Good riddance to bad service.

When I went to this location at12580 Symons valleys ROAD to pick up my online app order, they didn’t have Chili and the supervisor told me to do a refund through the app that I had to do myself. I tried but it didn’t work.I called another store to see if they have Chili and their manager told me to ask the store manager to do my refund they usually do and I told her they won’t do it here)She (the other location manager)even talked to the supervisor at (12580 Symons valleys ROAD) to help me out.I was so impressed about her amazing customer service. but this supervisor said they don’t do online order refund.If so, app should let us know no item or sold out before payment went through!!!! Ridiculous!!!After all that, this supervisor (12580 Symons Valleys rd) told me to go to nearby Walmart timmy to pick up my order.ya very nice!!!!!!!!!So then I wondered, why couldn’t she help me out for the first time!!??? How did she even moved up to SUPERVISOR POSITION!!??This is really ridiculous situation and so comparable on how you can solve a simple problem to make a big disappointment to the customers.We ordered 3 large chilli and it was already a second stops from other Tim tortons that they didn't have chilli so tried online order but that happpened.We were so sick of this poor service.Worst location to go!! No drive through neither .Didn’t even say a word of “sorry”Hate this location!!!! Don't go here
