This store provides great video surveillance for you to feel protected 24/7 when you're shopping in a food haven. If you like the species of lobster they have here, you will love them fried. In many cases they always have their aisles stocked and never are short of anything. Any person who breaks free form their significant other may come across a beautiful display of fruits and veggies that can be blended in smoothies, used for decorations or baked in pies for anything consumers love to do with fruits in modern fashion.

How this store is still operating is beyond me. The produce and meat aren’t fresh, every grocery trip leaves me with at least one problematic item. And the store smells super weird.Overall store experience wise, there is always this brown dog that literally barks nonstop outside as well, a few times I actually went looking for the owner inside the store to let them know about their barking dog (which clearly has separation anxieties, because we all leave our non barking dogs outside while we shop) and guess what, the store is empty like always. Then I found out that this couple would actually just leave their dog there and just come back whenever, so I emailed the store to alert them to the problem and no replies whatsoever.I am just so glad to have Loblaws and Farm boy in the area, sure it is a bit far for us folks on the east side of the city place, but the quality of products and better shopping experience is totally worth it!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. The security guards and the employee, MARYAM, make you feel uncomfortable and treat you like a thief. I have been shopping at this store for years but ever since the pandemic the security and MARYAM stare at you and follow you in the store as if you are going to steal something. At first I thought it was mind over matter about being followed, but I constantly go to this store as I live nearby and a pattern developed that is not mere coincidence. Recently I visited the store with my wife and baby and as soon as we entered the store we were literally followed to the cheese/dairy section by the security guard and he stood there staring at me. When I stared back at him he nodded his head and walked away. A few days later I entered the store and walked to the beer section and immediately the security guard followed me and stood there staring as I grabbed a six pack. Once again I stared back and he walked away. These are two times I caught them following and confirms my suspicion that I have been followed many times before. MARYAM stands very close to you and stares as you self check out and makes you feel uncomfortable. The store is really convenient for me to access but I prefer to go to LOBLAWS or FARM BOY nearby where you are treated with dignity.

I’m a women who just had surgery who walk’s extremely slow paced (every step hurts) and was followed side by side for 30 min by the man in the picture while pushing my almost 2 week old in a stroller. He was so close to me if you didn’t know me you’d think he was my child’s father.

This is a very small grocery store. There are items advertised in the Air Miles app (for bonus points) that are not available at this location. Before other grocery stores opened in the area, this place was a saviour for our pandemic shopping needs. Since it is extremely close by, I was able to go there shortly before the store opened, picked up what I needed and pay. All without needing to interact with another person. From time to time, they do have very good sales. Overall, pleased with this store.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Sobeys Urban Fresh Spadina outlet, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The store was well-stocked with a wide selection of fresh produce, meats, and other food items, and the layout was clean and easy to navigate.But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service I received from cashier Ankita. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making sure that I found everything I was looking for and answering any questions I had. Her warm personality made me feel valued as a customer, and I left the store feeling happy and satisfied.I would highly recommend this branch of Sobeys Urban Fresh to anyone in the area looking for a great shopping experience. Only has paper bags, my groceries all fell out due to this on the way home. Fun fact: paler bags require up to 7 times as much space for transportation. That means they would need 7 trucks to deliver what 1 truck could do with plastic bags. Silly and not helpful.

MARYAM is very kind, funny, friendly.she answered my questions with a smile.she gave me the information I wanted.she also helped a lot with packing things I bought because I had a lot.I am really grateful to her for making me feel so good about buying from this store.I will definitely return to this store for the next time and I will definitely go to Maryam again for help and information.Thanks MARYAM
