Aire One Heating and Cooling London

I used them in three of my houses. The first one was great and no issues. Becuse of the good experience i used them for an AC/ furnace installation in my second house. Which was a disaster from get go. They installed a carrier unit for AC which broke from the first year. Then the second and the third. Everytime their techs did come and patched it and last summer we did not have AC shawn is avoiding my calls and messages they said no parts. If they dont have parts they should replace my unit.fir my good i called shawn to install a boiler in to a third house and another issue with heating. 25 year old unit never gave me any issue until Air one replacement and it broke 2 ties in the last two winters and i had to call them and one time they charged and within 3 months same issue and they blamed it on a valve which they installed . And now charged me again . Im extremely dissapointed of their expertise and service. Im still waiting for a callback from them regarding my AC unit.

John at Aire One was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting my water heater replaced. Mike the technician who came to replace my water heater got the job done quickly and effectively and I got my hot water back in an hour.Thank you Aire One!

After posting our concern two weeks ago , Andy and Shawn were excellent in addressing our concerns. We had our furnace and air conditioner reinspected by an excellent technician who was very thorough. We were very impressed by the concern of the company that we were satisfied customers. We also are receiving a further discount

Aire 1 was in our home to install and new furnace. the job randy and Shawn did was a real testimony to customer service. the furnace looks amazing; the air flow is better and the air is cleaner and randy left the furnace room cleaner than he found it:)thanks AIre 1dave and sharon

Very bad experience with AirOne. Our AC was not working so called AirOne (since we had insurance with AirOne). During call we asked if any labour cost would be charged for inspecting the AC and they confirmed that there would be no cost. However, after inspection, the mechanic gave a charge slip. When contacting AirOne again, they said that we are obliged to pay the amount. When asked to check the call recording, they denied that there was no such discussion done. If we purchase a replacement unit from them then the charge would be waived.Very unethical business by AirOne. Not recommended.

This was our first experience with Aire One and we are really pleased with their professionalism, honesty and desire to provide service" to their clients. Quality of service is extremely important to me. Mike took extra time to explain how I could properly maintain my new humidifier and how my system all worked together. I found their pricing reasonable and they tried to save me money where they could. Jon helped me on the phone and even took time to answer my questions on a weekend when he wasn't working. Truly

Absolutely great customer service from start to finish. Lower price point than competition, and sooner to install. Other companies quoted high with a wait time of 2 weeks to over a month, the team at aireone gave us a reasonably priced quote with only a few days wait time. The technicians arrived on time, and Mike's work ethic was incredible. One or two misunderstandings arose, but they were quickly rectified, resulting in an even better customer service experience. I found them practicing unethical business. The AC unit which they installed had a leakage and thou it was under warranty they charged me $162.72 for a diagnostic service which hardly took only an hour and was supposed to be free. Further to my surprise they offered to waive off the service fee if I choose to replace the unit (so that they can earn even extra from customers loss). Instead of fixing the unit which was under warranty they literally tried to sell another unit and do unethical business. This is really unsatisfactory and frustrating. Hope this helps other not to fall in same trap and be careful.
