Good selection,went out of there way to make sure we got our table set before christmas.even delivered and assembled it for me because it arrived a week late,only a couple days before Christmas.

Good service, new clerk but did a good job.

I got great customer service! And they were helpful to go step by step through it all.

These guys don't even deserve a 1 star rating. Very poor Customer service. I was basically called a liar and then was hung up on. I will never buy from Ashley's ever again. And all of my friends / co-workers will not buy from them either. Or friends and co-workers of my partner either. I have tried several different routes to try and talk to a manager. I am told someone will contact me. It has now been a week and still no help. Very disappointed with Ashley's Penticton sales person, that had butted into my conversation with my sales person. Only chose 1 star because I had no other choice if I wanted to post.

Pretty disappointing experience. We dealt with an awesome younger salesman originally and we were happy with what we were told. We Ordered beginning of may but didn't receive until august (no updates were given inbetween). We spent over $5000 and planned to do another large purchase for our new home. The couch when delivered went on sale for 50 percent off and no price adjustment/ store credit was given to us. The manager then told me in order to return the couch I would have to still pay 25 percent. I was just looking for some information on what could be done and she was quite ignorant / didn’t explain much of anything. I then asked about a bar stool that I purchased that arrived damaged on one side... hoping that at-least is dealt with professionally. She said it isn’t even their store that deals with damaged items so I have to wait for customer service to call me ? This being our first experience with the penticton store it wasn’t a positive one unfortunately. I understand they were/are between policies but I drove up Saturday after being told Friday that there would be no issues with the price adjustment. Seems as though the store doesn’t want to deal with the customers after the purchase is made. Definitely didn’t feel valued as a customer and won’t be spending my money here again.

Janet, our salesperson was awesome. We walked in at the end of the day and she didn’t rush us, she still showed us the products that we were interested in and ended up staying late so that we didn’t have to come back. She price matched and was just stellar! Thanks

Just got our new 3 piece recliners and WOW they look great. Had to order one piece , so it took a while to get our stuff. But Ashley’s kept us in the loop every month. The two guys that put the furniture in our house were very polite and were very diligent to not touch the walls. Super fast in out in half hour. If needed, will definitely shop there again.

Exceptional service. Extremely helpful. I had specific parameters for the furniture piece I was looking for and Allanah found the perfect piece.

Our shopping experience was excellent but due to the times and supply issues, we only received our couch between Christmas and New Years after ordering in early Dec. and only received our chair & recliner on Mar. 1st. We are still awaiting the arrival of our ottoman. We definitely recommend Ashley but the wait for delivery has been frustrating. The delivery and set-up has been excellent as well.
