From the incredible arrangements to the outstanding customer service, Windflowers has been my go-to ever since moving into the Oak Ridges area 15 years ago. Most recently, going above and beyond during Mother's day during these absolute crazy times....Mary and her team are exceptional!

Extremely disappointed at quality and short life span of flowers for the money but even more so at the lack of response to my attempt to contact them about it. It says a lot about a place when they don’t even acknowledge your existence.I’m ordering from a few provinces away and prefer to shop local to the community of the recipient, my mother, and received same day photos of the flowers - some already drooping/wilting. Tried to reach out to store by email as it is difficult to reach them during my working hours and with the time difference. No response at all.I arrived a couple days later and saw the flowers myself. Much worse than a few days before and not due to lack of care. Even my mother, not wanting to be critical, had to admit that they weren’t the best. Half were pitched within days and the rest pretty soon after.With no response from the store I’m left to feel that my online order was filled with leftovers thinking I wouldn’t see them or find out. I deliberately chose an arrangement with the option for them to substitute as I’ve found most stores want this freedom to choose in order to help give you the freshest flowers. It seems like your online customers are not of interest. It’s too bad. We order regularly and I was very hopeful I’d found a reliable place to go to but won’t be back.

We discovered Windflowers last Mother's Day when looking for a local floral shop to support and we are so happy to have found them.
