The best place to learn Karate in Canada! It trains you both mentally and physically, and you can learn karate alongside being taught respect and confidence. It provides a efficient and welcoming environment for learning not only Karate but other qualities that will be useful later on in study or career.

Ian and Ryan instruction 6/5. took off one star because they don’t teach us how to catch a fly with chopsticks. overall 5/5 experience, would recommend.
