Tried calling all day no one answered at Dresden location called Wallaceburg location and was told that the owner was there and he was outside working so I drove a half hour only to find no one there all locked up completely wasting my time then had to drive 40 minutes to Sarnia to battlefield to get what I needed do not recommend R Rental to anyone the place is a joke

Awesome. Rented the trailer for a move. Way cheaper then going with a uhaul and way easier to load with the ramp.

Place to go when you need anything! Staff are knowledgeable! But really R Rental has 1 crook who takes pay cheques from HIS employees from time to time so that he can travel the world comfortably and then fired them when he found his next victim!

Excellent customer service, I dealt with them many times when I first moved to town. I got to know the owners well, they offered me a job. It's been an amazing company to work for, they have a great reputation in the area. HIGHLY Recommend!

great place to deal with i phoned quite a few times with questions and they were very polite. i rented a trailer it was ready to go when i got there and in perfect working order. i also get the aerator every spring and they have it all gased up ready for pick up and evn help load it into the back of the truck. very reasonably priced

We've been doing business with R Rental for over 10 years: Great to deal with, great equipment selection, exceptional customer service. Prices are very reasonable. We won't consider dealing with any other rental company.

If these people were any slower they would be going backwards, they struggle to answer simple questions directly related to what they do. My issue was that they rent skidsteer attachments but only if you rent the skidsteer too, because apparently they don’t want any one else’s hydraulic fluid in their machines. This may well be their company policy but after years of being in the construction industry and using various different equipment rental companies across Ontario I have never came across an issue like this. I’m sure if they were not the only local equipment rental agency they would have to overhaul the way they operate or go out of business, but since they are the only one in town they can get away with ridiculous policies and poor customer service. I guess if you are in Wallace burg and in need you should go here because you have no choice but if you are able to travel20 mind north Or south you will certainly have a better experience

Rented yesterday and going to again tomorrow... they are easy to talk to and have wonderful customer service. Thank you for the patience on the phone and for the great service. The equipment is well serviced and reliable.

I have dealt with R Rentals on numerous occassions. They have always been very good at helping me with machines when we needed them. Very reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again! Thanks Jamie & crew!
