I had to take my car in for some service work. It was my first time there. I am so happy I did! The service was efficient and friendly, and I found the price competitive. They even washed the car afterwards! With the social distance requirements etc., it's good to see how they put in place all the safety precautions (like limiting the number of people in the showroom, hand sanitizers available, lines drawn on the floor, etc.). I will for sure return if I need further work on my car. I highly recommend them.

Went in with a leaky brake line 15 minutes before closing. Although he couldn't fix it, the guy went out of his way to check it and do a temporary fix so I was able to make it home safely. Great customer service, would definitely recommend this place.

Needed a headlight switched out asap. Called in ahead of time to make sure they had capacity, explained my situation, and was given a VERY reasonable price and turnaround in under an hour. Plus, excellent and friendly service to boot. This will be my new go-to for car service in Ottawa. Thanks guys!

Friendly and helpful people, can take you in for a quick look / check of something with no appointment and the quick fix could sometimes be free of charge. Maybe that’s just for loyal customers or something but it’s amazing. Highly recommend :)

They have cracked my Pirelli P-Zero 265/35/19 tire when taking it off the BMW OEM rim. It started cracking like an old tire... They told me it's 2003 tire, but in fact it's 2015 tire as the DOT is 2315. Then manager Kevin shouted at me that I brought garbage and told me not to come back. The other same size identical tire went off the rim fine. They yelled at me because it was their fault and they didn't want to deal with me... they didn't even give me a receipt because otherwise they'd be in trouble if i escalated it.Pirelli dealer said that P-Zero is a hard summer tire. It becomes pretty hard at low temperatures. The tires spent a night on the floor in the GoodYear garage. It was pretty cold at night of May 5th, 2017. Paul mentioned that he started working on these tires at 6:30am. Tire was cold and hard hence probably started cracking. It's GoodYears fault. Yet I got yelled at by Kevin the manager for bringing garbage. Don't go to them. They are not ready to take responsibility for their mistakes.1-star for my previous visits to them over a course of year which were good actually. It's only when a problem arises that BS starts that cancels out previous positive experience.

Been with them for 4 years since my office was next to them.Great bilingual place that does great repair job and fast. Some pieces are good price but some others, like an exhaust can cost 200+ than what the regular price would be.They won't go overboard on the price and won't take advantage of you, but I think it's a bit more pricey than some others.

I visited the store for tire change. I bought new tire there. But they stole my car's part. I have Camry xse and It has special valve cap which is silver color. I asked them where is them and they said your valve caps was missing when you bring the car. But I am sure that my valve caps was on my tire when I did bring the car because I always check it before I leave service. During the visit, employee's behavior was terrible. I had the worst car service in my life. They got my valve caps and Just be careful they would get other parts too.

Great experience, tire service was cheap and fast. I’d definitely recommend this shop, and would come back.

I had a puncture in my tires fixed at 8.30am without prior notice. (As at Oct 2021 it cost $33.90 including tax). The CSR acknowledged that I was on my way to work and the team worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible. That's great customer service.

Well over a decade of great service for a decent price. I've never fealt pressured or taken advantage of at this garage. Need tires? Use the internet to research the tires you want and they'll order them for you. I always receive friendly, efficient service. They honour their appointment times.
