Abrupt and rude attitude. Make sure you record what is discussed with them before you go to prevent any bad surprises. They would make you sign a form to make sure you are not recording them, then they will treat you inappropriately. If Haywood is transparent and honest, dealing with human attitude, they would not fear being recorded.
