My kids love Jump, and specially coach Mike.My just over 4 year old son has been improving noticeably during the two month period he has been going to Jump. Coach Mike is very professional and gets the kids follow the instructions very well, that my 2/5 year old daughter who doesn’t completely understand English follows his instructions.I really like the way he manages the 45 min class to be productive and fun at the same time. Although they’re a bit over priced, but I still recommend their professional classes.

Jump is the best. I love bringing my kids there knowing that they will learn new skills within a safe environment. Skills that will translate to our everyday lives. I don’t have to worry about my kids climbing at the playground because the coaches at Jump taught them how to do it safely. The coaches are so passionate, attentive and caring. You can tell by the way they interact with the kids how much they love their job and the kids. It is a great place to see your kids thriving and have the time of their lives! Bonus: they always sleep sooooo well afterwards

Came to this facility for the first time and the class was amazing. Coach Bobby was very engaging and interactive. I love that the gym was clean and nice and cool. Will definitely come back to this location.

Class structure was great few years ago. My 4 year old joined this spring and he had 3 different teachers, all which looked like they were forced to work there. For 45 min class, every week there is a 20min free time. ( i can take my kid to play on a park structure for free.) Then there were a few games played. Never saw the coach smile. Several times kids were told to sit out because of listening skills. Maybe be nicer to 4 year olds and have a structure class where everyone isn't running around. Years ago they were better with children experienced coaches. Ugh just upsetting. Just an FYI kids listen better if they are spoken to and treat with postive energy. Huge difference in my first kid going and now. Super disappointing to have wasted my money wasted here.

We love this place. My son started going last summer and it's one of the only activities he loves going back to week after week. Largely in part because of the great coaching staff here, lots of encouragement and you can tell they're all having fun teaching the kids. It makes a huge difference in my kids life and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their kids moving and learning physically.

My son was in a BabyJump class in North Van with coach Bobby and Sierra, and absolutely loved them both. They were so gentle, patient and fun with all the babies (and the parents) in the class! We have been frequenting JumpPlays recently, which is the perfect place for my son to use up his energy and get a break from the sun (or rain), in a safe and fun environment. Highly recommend Jump for all kids!

My family loves Jump! We see coach Baback (Bobby) or Jen almost every class, and my kids love them! They're both so friendly, and great at engaging with the kids.We have been to both locations many times, but I personally like the set-up in North Van with the party room and play area upstairs, overlooking the gym. That way my 1-year-old doesn't try to join her sister's class. :)

We registered our toddler for 30 minutes sessions once a week . That means every class is being $37 . It requires parents to be there as well.The instructor Alex was not helpful at all . Whenever my child found an activity and got excited to try it out, Alex shut her down completely and forced her to do something else. At 2 occasions he took away that piece of equipment.As a result she started crying and completely got discouraged and wanted to leave.I felt like , Instead of motivating children Alex forcing toddlers to do things that they were not really interested. I was really excited for this gym at the beginning but only after 2 sessions I found it expensive and the instructor impatient.

Our toddler loves these classes. I can see her light up as soon as we walk through the gate. The coaches are knowledgeable and easy going. All activities seem very age appropriate (this has not been the case in other gymnastics classes we’ve tried). I love the focus on fundamental movement skills and physical literacy.
