Melody is a fantastic hairstylist! She very professional and definitely knows what she’s doing when it come to my hair. I’ve been going to her for 7 years straight! When I first came my hair was literally shoulder length. Years later my hair is down to my hip! She’s the key to my inches! When you come to Pastel Beauty Bar you will be well taken care of!

Mel is an amazing soul , personally I’m super picky when it comes to hairstylist so when I found out about pastell beauty bar on Instagram I decided to give her a try . Mel always understands the assignment, you can tell she knows her job very well , she’s so welcoming , caring, polite and an amazing human . She is my my go to hairstylist. I did a wig installation and she killed the style , I came back for a slick press and the slick press lasted for 3weeks . I highly recommend her services

Melody’s customer service is really top notch. She pays attention to every little detail and is super efficient, clean, and always keeps to time. I love sitting in her chair and letting her work her magic. I always feel comfortable and trust her judgement especially with trying out new hairstyles. Her personality as well makes this process really worth it. I always get compliments when she does my hair and I’d always always recommend her services.

Melody is very kind, warm and professional. Goes out of her way to ensure that you're comfortable throughout your appointment. She's also very understanding and flexible, and tries her best to accommodate all your needs/concerns. She's equally talented; I got a million compliments from when she did my hair. All round amazing customer service, will always recommend.

Melody is very kind and professional. Highly recommend her for any type of hair service you need. All of my experiences have been great and my hair has always turned out better than expected. I always receive tons of compliments when she does my hair. I also appreciate that she gives advice on to care for your natural hair so that it can be as healthy as possible. Silk presses, trims, extensions, you name it, Melody can do it. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually write Google reviews but I feel like I definitely need to for this business. I’ve gone to Pastéll Beauty Bar a few times now and let me tell you, Melody is so kind and professional! By far one of the best hairstylists in the GTA. She actually takes time to get to know her clients and their needs and she literally makes it happen every time! She makes you feel so comfortable and beautiful with each style and provides great feedback when needed. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience with her. All my friends and family go to her all the time because she literally give the same amazing service every time! Mark my words, if you go to her you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been going here since last fall and can truly say that I’ve never received such amazing customer service than at Pastéll Beauty Bar. Melody’s attention to detail and perfection is incomparable. I’ve done box braids here each time, that have lasted me 2 months or longer if needed. Her work is always neat and tight, and leaves you with no pain or headaches! She’s even blended custom colours for me when requested. Mel really does her absolute best to make you feel comfortable and 100% satisfied. Necessary Covid-19 health measures are always considered, which I truly appreciate. She consistently goes above and beyond every time. I honestly don’t see myself going anywhere else and can’t wait to return for my next new look! :)
