Fast and detailed orientation and contract explanation. Friendly service. The staff reached out to me when they discovered I hadn't locked the unit correctly, on one occasion. Easy and secure access. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Professional, courteous and friendly staff. Got my paperwork all done and even unloaded my first load into the unit!Very clean facility, just drive up :) Close to work, Hwy 7/8 .. Couldn't ask for more.

Great place to store your things, as the drive up units make it easy to access your things; however, I must remove 2 stars as this is the second long-term rental I have done with Access Storage that got a rat infestation. I let the first unit rat infestation slide, as this can happen on occasion, but the fact that it happened in the second unit I rented makes me believe they are not addressing this issue.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly front desk. Storage unit(10x10) nice and clean for me when I first opened it.Since I started renting in the winter the snow has always been plowed which made accessing my storage unit easy.Thank you! Highly recommend.
