This place is good if you only “look like them”. If you don’t , it seems like you don’t exist. I was in front of the line, when I asked the reception, She said: “It wouldn’t be long” and then literally entertained 3-4 person behind me that “looked like them”. They only spoke to me when I started making a complaint. The staff are so rude, definitely not fit for a front role, not patient centered and definitely selective. Again, If you aren’t the same as them, you don’t exist. It’s sad that RACISM exist in this place..

I was there in mid-June of 2020. When you finally get in the clinic, covid safety procedures are in full swing. That's a good thing. Problem is that the clinic is in the basement of the building and you have to line up in a relatively long poorly ventilated hallway for a long amount of time. No health procedures are enforced in that hallway. No chairs either so be prepared to stand for a long time. Scary.

Receptionists speak to people like we're bothering them. Also was told they were busy and to go elsewhere in a condescending manner. 1 person other than myself was waiting.

I was there in and out in a short time. Reception was good, tis was a busy day for them. I just felt out of place since everybody was speaking in French, but they were all accomodating. Overall, a great place to have your xrays done.Louie Fuertes

2.5h wait & less than 2.5min x-ray. Horrible. I called them the day before and was told that the next available appointment would be in February next month, but today when I was waiting, I heard the lady spoke with a person in the phone and booked an appointment for him the coming Tuesday. Confused.

Had an ultrasound done, and compared to the terrible experience at l’hôpital de Gatineau, this was fantastic. The tech was sweet and gentle with me, reassuring me that my discomfort was normal. When I left my ultrasound at the hospital, I wanted to cry. But here, I felt great! I highly recommend getting ultrasounds here instead of the hospital.
