Nick was abosulutely great! We didn't get the first house we were looking for due to inexperience on our part and not having our ducks in a row, we we're feeling really discouraged and had nearly given up on buying. Nick was great to work with as we purchased our first home. He was very available, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, but also has a great sense of humour that carried us through when we felt discouraged. He listened to our needs and preferences, and also offered great suggestions without being at all pushy. After awhile of trying to buy in a hot market, i wanted to give up, but Nick encouraged me to keep trying. We landed a great north end house that already feels like home!
