Booked a test drive of Model Y online, quick visit to take one for a spin. Impressive cars, pleasantly surprised by the extra cargo space in trunk and fronk!

Tesla app confirmed everything I ordered was ready for pick-up. I get there for my 12PM confirmed appointment. The service person can't locate my ticket in their system, so I show her my app with the instructions to pick it up today and confirmed everything is ready. She asked me to wait for my order to come out to the front. I come back every 15mins to see where my order is at and second time around, she says, they can't find one item. Waiting, waiting, now we're at one hour, shouldn't be any longer but still can't find one thing. I asked them to take care of their business and call me when they have my items ready for pick-up, and for the service person to personally, visually confirm everything is ready, she said I will personally take care of it. I left at 130PM, it is now 6PM, no phone call nor update in the app. Love the car and super charging network, but the service, not so much.You may want to skip using this Oakville location.

Great place. Jawa is so kind and knowledgeable, was amazing while helping us with our new Model Y. The facility itself is well kept and very large, with many vehicles that you are permitted to enter and try out all the features of.

Awesome service. Michael took the time to set my account up even though I had not bought my car there. He was kind and very patient. (Needs lots of patience with me: Not all Tesla owners and enthusiasts are computer/tech geniuses!)I will definitely send all my friends to this service centre to buy their next Tesla. I bought a Tesla Y just one and half months back suddenly on the road the steering started moving by itself towards the left side. I literally put the steering wheel 15-20 degrees towards the right hand side to make the vehicle move in a straight direction. I got an appointment for servicing in Oakville, Ontario and they showed me these two scratches on the back wheel rim as an external impact that caused the wheel alignment to go wrong. I explained to them that these two scratches might be because of a parking kerb which sometimes happens normally while parking.The service representative said that the vehicle must have gone into some potholes which causes such vehicle alignment failures. He quoted his own similar experience. I really don’t remember any severe impact or any jumping of potholes etc with the vehicle. Obviously if this happens then it should have some impact on the body of the vehicle too but there are no such things. I seriously think that there are some manufacturing defects in the suspension of my car which is causing all these troubles.In my opinion the car is meant to be driven on roads and not on a carpet or mattress. Now I am not feeling safe driving my Tesla Y at all and I will never recommend anyone to buy one.

The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I have zero complaints up to this point.

Staff is nice when they actually talk to you but for the most part there’s no one around to answer any questions. We went for a test drive and couldn’t even find an employee so we could return the keys. If you need to ask questions or you just want some help with choosing a car, this isn’t the place to go. Google does a better job of giving information
