The best shoe repair I've ever made business with. Excellent custom work. Completely rebuilt my firefighter rubber boots so they can fit my calves. Very highly recommended. A+ 5 stars rating!

New higher quality shoes that needed strap adjustments. Edmundo (cobbler and owner) was very thoughtful in how to make the adjustments without reducing the beauty of the style. Very detailed in his planning and workmanship. Originally thought to make another adjustment, but at his recommendation waited to see if it was actually required and it was not. Very affordable and very charming to interact with.

Not open often during the COVID pandemic, but the service is outstanding. Coming from Europe , I happy to find a real cobbler that can fix almost any situations on your favorite shoes.The service is impeccable and fair prices

I took a sandal to this shoe repair store to have the sole glued back on. The service was friendly, efficient and quick. I went back to pick up my sandal less than 24 hours later. The work was done well, and the price was good.

Absolutely the best shoe repair (cobbler) in town. Fixes and repairs some of my best shoes and makes them look brand new again. Great old school equipment... I did a full tour of his shop and his attention to detail is unmatched.

Edmondo is a class act. Resoled my pair of redwing boots with a little more aggressive tread with great skill and attention to detail. Loved seeing the old machines in the back you just don't ever see anymore.

The owner Edmondo is hands down the best cobbler in Ottawa, and better than many I have used in major metropolitan centres like London, England and NYC. This is not one of those places you find in many retail malls staffed by totally untrained people who do shoddy work. If you need your shoes to be done right, you need to take them here.I have brought my high-end shoes (Church's and John Lobb) to him for a number of years and he has done truly excellent work always. A true craftsman in every sense of the word, taking great care and attention to the work.

This place is the real deal. I brought my old leather boots in to replace the heels and Edmondo did an amazing job not only repairing the boots, but surprising me by thoroughly cleaning and re-oiling the leather as well. My boots even had some tears and holes that Edmondo took the initiative to repair as well. Absolutely above and beyond service at a very fair price.The store is small and Edmondo sometimes has a backlog of repairs to do. But he's diligent and does them quickly and well. Don't expect a day turnaround though. I think I waited a week before I went to pick mine up.Cannot recommend Paris Shoes and Edmondo enough if you need shoe repairs.

I have been going here for years. Referred some work colleagues, they all have thanked me. Top quality workmanship. He looks at a shoe or boot and just knows.

I heard good things about this small establishment with an old fashioned cobbler. I needed adjustment of my new leather sandals that I really liked but were a bit too loose.The cobbler may be great in other instances but was rather abrupt with me. He took a long time to come to the front of the store, looked at the sandals and just said ‘not possible’ and turned around and went to the back of the store. Perhaps I was not one of his regulars or he had a bad day. I do like to give my business to old fashioned artisans.... but he didn’t want my business.
