I called and the friendly staff set aside the last 2 long sleeve black T-shirts I picked up a couple of hours later as there weren't any at other Michael's nearer to me. Great service!

It’s only worth purchasing decor items when they go on sale for 40% off or less as the quality isn’t worth full price. The staff is always friendly and you can always find them if you need to. The price checker machines are very useful.

Came in to find some fake weeds for my wife's plant wall. Incidentally, we found exactly what she wanted. The staff member was helpful and pleasant. I'm sure my wife will be back again very soon.

Large store, handicap parking, automatic doors, plenty of carts. Sanitizer stations around store. Some staff friendly. Cashier: pleasant, friendly, professional.Store: nicely stocked, clean, organized and staff available if needed, isles clear and large space between. 1st time here and it was a nice experience.

1st time Bringing my grandchild here. Sensory overload as there's lots of crafts for kids. Towards the back found ok deal with buying 2 craft kits and getting the 3rd for free.

Excellent selection of craft & painting supplies. Easels & canvasses are reasonable priced. Very good location on 137th Avenue. Ample parking. Stores hours are good as well. Website is easy to use & professional.

I didn't know anything about cicut mahines and cutting, but a rep the name of Karen put in a lot of research to help me out. She was a wonderful lady. You don't get service like that off Amazon

Best location hands down in Edmonton that's the location on 137th Avenue, had to have the best service and all the staff was very attentive, not too pushy, very knowledgeable and no up sale to try to sell me stuff I didn't need but also gave me space to think about my purchases way better than being bombarded like I would of been compared to the terra losa location where it was like I was a convict and they have. Members on you through every aisle either there over staffed or two the stigma against somebody who doesn't dress the same fashion. they just judge,but I highly recommend going to 137th over any other locations and steer far away from terra losa
