Absolutely appalling service. We were seated at a table with no placemats or silverware, had to ask for utensils up at the front service station and was handed the incorrect number of utensils (asked for 1 set of silverware and 3 sets of chopsticks: handed just 1 of each). While I understand it was busy the tables seated after us received drinks immediately after being seated as we were ignored until the plates started piling up and only then was our drink order taken moments before we finished eating our meal. When we complained about the lack of service the “manager” acted as if she didn’t know any more English than to say “sorry, it’s busy” and did not offer any kind of discount or other options as apology. To pay over $60 for food that you serve yourself (and most of the dishes were low to empty) for 3 adults and 1 child while receiving such bad service is an insult.

Have been enjoying this buffet since it first opened. The food was plentiful, fresh and reasonably priced. The employees cheerful and always ready to help. Most recently have been surprised to find the food not always fresh and the management not overly friendly. While I used to dine in, takeout is now my preference due to health concerns but the takeout prices are significantly higher than the buffet. Hard to understand why all you can eat is less expensive than a one time takeout. Miss the old crew and the better food.

Very busy so a lot of food was missing from the buffet. Good was good tho. Don't like that they automatically put a tip on the bill

I came to my favorite restaurant ready to have my favorite rice and it was not cooked fully and it tasted like the dirt on the bottom of my shoes I was so disappointed I can’t even I’m going home to cry now

Tea is now $2 so might as well get a drink for an extra dollar or 2. If any of the trays are near empty and look dry dont eat. Let them refill. They are good about that.Food quality is generally below average but edible. If I hadn't missed lunch prices I wouldn't care so much. $18 for lunch at 2pm seems steep. And don't over tip. You served yourself.

The staff is fast to seat you even if they are super busy. Plenty of room. If you get there when they open (either for lunch or dinner), the food at the buffet is fresher and fully stocked. If you go later there are some food pans that are empty but they try to restock as fast as they can. Staff is quick to clear dirty plates from the table. The bathrooms could use a good cleaning though.

We arrived around 830 so the buffet was somewhat limited. We asked for some fried chicken wings since rhey were out and they gladly made some up. Greatly appreciated!
